Political Extremism and Radicalism, Part III: Global Communist and Socialist Movements provides access to primary sources created by a variety of communist, socialist, and Far-Left groups, and figures across the world’s capitalist nations, as well as materials generated by anti-communist organizations and individuals. Covering primarily the 20th Century, the archive concerns the “birth” or “evolution” of early communism and socialism. The resource provides insight into how communist and socialist groups saw themselves and the world around them during the major political and social events of the 20th Century. During this webinar we provide insight into the research opportunities available within Political Extremism and Radicalism’s third module, while also reviewing the entire program’s archive modules and how they layer into one another with their content. Tips and best practices for navigating the archive platform are also shared.
