Alright. Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our get to know the new Vermont Online Library portal. Thanks for joining me. I'm Stacey Knibloe, your Gale trainer for Vermont, glad to be with you all virtually so. We can check out the refreshed Vermont Online Library portal. As we go through, feel free to jump in with questions anytime. I've opened up the chat. The Q &A is also available.
[00:00:25.000]
You have any particular questions, or if you want to make sure I'm going to cover something or want to share any feedback, feel free to make liberal use of that chat and Q&A. I'm going to stay on video here just at the introduction. I don't want to block the rest of my screen just wanted to come on and say, Hello before we get fully underway into our session. So.
[00:00:49.000]
Let me share our agenda. It's pretty brief. We have a little bit on. Why, the redesign to the portal and some background on how that came about.
[00:01:00.000]
And then we're going to there and take a look at it. Show you the changes and improvements we've made, and then, as always, we'll leave time at the end here to have questions and share our support, information as well, but again, do feel free to ask questions throughout. So.
[00:01:14.000]
As we dive into the redesign. I'm going to go ahead and.
[00:01:21.000]
Just stop my video. So it's not bothering our recording or any portion of your screen. Now.
[00:01:29.000]
So let me go ahead and do that.
[00:01:32.000]
And here we are. So just a reminder. You, of course, have access to several resources through the Vermont Online Library. So a lot of the redesign is about how these are access. So just wanted to give a little reminder about what's available. You have a wealth of content, and that can. Sometimes, when you've got a lot of things to pick from, make it hard to pick. Right? So one of the other reasons we kind of worked with the redesign a bit.
[00:01:57.000]
So.
[00:01:58.000]
Let's talk about the new portal. So Vermont Online Library or the URL Vt. Online will take you to the new portal. And for a lot of our libraries in Vermont. This is your main access point. To get to all of these resources. You can, of course, set up your own links from your own library web pages, if you like. That's always, of course, an option. But this central portal is.
[00:02:23.000]
Is a really popular path for accessing all of the resources, and it is, of course, just a good way to find out what you have access to they've got a great FAQ there, too, so you can get a lot of questions answered, but it is
[00:02:39.000]
You know, a site. Really, anybody can visit to see what's here. And when you're in Vermont there's some special bonuses to get into all of this content. So let's talk a little bit about that. So you, we have always offered through the Vermont Online Library portal a path to getting to the resources if we know you're in Vermont. So folks let there know what location being known, you can visit this page and easily get in.
[00:03:04.000]
Into.
[00:03:05.000]
The resources because it's got a Geo authentication happening behind it.
[00:03:10.000]
And there's been some improvements today that works and some changes really through the portal here. That we'll talk about. So the screenshot. I'm showing you right now.
[00:03:20.000]
Is what it would look like if it didn't know my location. So you'll notice in the upper right hand corner there's an authenticate now, path.
[00:03:28.000]
And I think I apologize. Folks, let me make sure I've got my slides in the right order here.
[00:03:35.000]
Yeah, okay, good. I do have that one next. So sorry. Let me go back. However, though I've been joined by my partner in in crime. Tony Bottrell, who is our Senior Technical Solutions, Consultant for Vermont. So he works with the State Library quite a bit on these different authentication methods and really headed up the redesign of the portal. So, Tony, I'm going to impose on you for a minute. If you want to talk a little bit about how this came up.
[00:04:00.000]
With April and Josh at the State Library.
[00:04:04.000]
Well, thanks. Stacy, Hello, everyone.
[00:04:06.000]
This is really this really came up in one of our quarterly meetings.
[00:04:10.000]
Between, you know, Gale and Vermont Online Library.
[00:04:15.000]
We have refresh the website
[00:04:20.000]
A couple of times over the last several years.
[00:04:23.000]
But really it was time for a significant change.
[00:04:25.000]
We wanted to, especially with you. To me we really wanted to put some emphasis on the unity product.
[00:04:31.000]
Make it easier to access actual courses within you to meet.
[00:04:36.000]
And just make him a bit more prominent on the home screen.
[00:04:40.000]
And also just. It was time for a serious.
[00:04:44.000]
Redesign.
[00:04:46.000]
To get it into the current.
[00:04:49.000]
Decade, of.
[00:04:51.000]
As far as interfaces go, and.
[00:04:54.000]
Really. So you can see we have the nice now, like
[00:04:59.000]
The Vermont.
[00:05:01.000]
Landscape there, and we're going to make it seasonal. So right now, it's summer. But we're going to change that shortly.
[00:05:07.000]
A nice fall image, and Josh and April are going to be providing.
[00:05:12.000]
Photography.
[00:05:14.000]
They're at Vermont. So it's not like we're going to some high stock.
[00:05:17.000]
Like to get that in.
[00:05:19.000]
To get those images.
[00:05:20.000]
So yeah, we just really wanted to.
[00:05:25.000]
Give it a serious new.
[00:05:27.000]
Good presentation.
[00:05:30.000]
Clean up the website.
[00:05:32.000]
Promote you, to.
[00:05:34.000]
And one other.
[00:05:35.000]
Thing that I was really interested in is just making it more just simplifying the website.
[00:05:40.000]
But now you can see that there's really.
[00:05:43.000]
Major buckets. We have the all resources, subjects.
[00:05:47.000]
By student, and then the eBooks, where there used to be.
[00:05:51.000]
Interest and subjects, and like, what's the difference between the 2.
[00:05:56.000]
We had a slot for just business or.
[00:05:59.000]
Just careers.
[00:06:01.000]
So hopefully, this is a lot, a simpler experience and more user, friendly and visually appealing.
[00:06:09.000]
Absolutely. Thanks, Tony.
[00:06:13.000]
All right. So let's actually go ahead and go out there and take a look.
[00:06:17.000]
At the new site.
[00:06:20.000]
So I'm live on the page again. If there's anything in particular you want me to click on or explain, do feel free to share that in the chat or the Q. And a. And Tony, and I'll
[00:06:30.000]
Hopefully be able to handle all your questions. If not, of course we will be able to track down answers for those so the new homepage as you can, as Tony mentioned, simplified a bit, make it a little easier to find what you're after. But the 1st thing I want to talk about, though, is that authentication path? So we mentioned when you're in Vermont and you your location is known.
[00:06:52.000]
It simply lets you into all the different resources. The other thing it will try and do. And let me just use my annotate tool here.
[00:07:00.000]
So we all know what I'm looking at here over here on the far right. We have.
[00:07:06.000]
Your library identified. And this does. And this is magic that Tony performs. But it's trying to find your closest library to your location your closest, ever library. Is that right, Tony?
[00:07:17.000]
Yeah, by default. It's just Going to check and make sure that you're in Vermont.
[00:07:22.000]
Okay.
[00:07:23.000]
Now, what we added here, which was really important for the folks at the State Library is the ability to change that library. If you don't recognize the library there, or if in my case, I'm just seeing the General Vermont Online Library choice here, if you click, change library, you can actually pick your library from the list or start to type here. I'm just going to go ahead and add Abbott.
[00:07:44.000]
And what's great about this is then your library has been identified, and that's where your usage statistics go. So rather than to the big bucket. That kind of just the Vermont Online Library portal lives now Abbott Memorial Library will get the usage details for.
[00:08:01.000]
This session that I'm now in. So you know what databases were logged into, how many searches were performed. You know you can identify.
[00:08:09.000]
Top search terms and our usage tools. So it's really a powerful way to kind of get to know how your patrons and students are using the resources. You can see a lot of detail in those usage reports, and then, of course, at the State Library level, they get a look at kind of how the resources are being used across the State, so that Change library feature is new.
[00:08:33.000]
And a very simple way for you, for your patrons, for your students, to kind of make sure you're giving that that usage to the correct library.
[00:08:42.000]
Tony, anything to add on that? I know that was something you worked on. Was really important with Josh and April.
[00:08:49.000]
I'm sure a couple of things there.
[00:08:51.000]
One is you mentioned when they first.st
[00:08:54.000]
When you 1st log in through Vermont, it's just going to detect that you're in Vermont, and as I mentioned.
[00:09:00.000]
That is something that we can work with any library with.
[00:09:03.000]
Or with Josh in April with if we can get the IP ranges and assign them to location, Id, we will be able to make that auto detection from site.
[00:09:16.000]
Okay.
[00:09:17.000]
So that is possible. It just requires getting that data.
[00:09:18.000]
Second is, we did have the ability before to change your library, but it required a reauthenticating, and I.
[00:09:26.000]
I thought that was a little redundant, since we already know you're in Vermont.
[00:09:30.000]
At that point. Let's just make it really simple for them to for the patron to be able to change their library. And then, like you said, there's just the advantages of getting that personalized experience here.
[00:09:40.000]
For instance, if you're a public library now, you have those Udemy courses. Sorry to steal any thunder.
[00:09:48.000]
Hello!
[00:09:49.000]
Cc, and also for the tracking. We'll be able to get that individual usage for that library.
[00:09:55.000]
Absolutely.
[00:09:57.000]
All right, so let me show you. I've got a slide.
[00:10:00.000]
I wanted to share as well, because, of course, folks could be out of the State accessing the resources.
[00:10:07.000]
How can they still get into all of the.
[00:10:09.000]
For my online library. That, of course, is still possible. So we do have the option to still use your location if maybe you're in the State. But it's just not recognizing that you're in Vermont. Maybe if you're near the border, or you know, in a lot of my travels when I'm in a hotel. It thinks I'm in a different state than I am, so you know the it can always sometimes get improved a little bit. That location identification. So you can.
[00:10:34.000]
Kind of tell it you're in Vermont by using the use my location path.
[00:10:38.000]
You can always log in with your library card, and it will also accept the password maple syrup all lower case, no spaces. So if your library doesn't use numbers you can always use it. That password of maple syrup, or that will just work when you select your library from the list.
[00:10:56.000]
And then, if you're having any trouble, we have a path to follow as well. And again, of course, your users can do that too. So.
[00:11:02.000]
You can always get into the resources through alternate authentication methods. But we have Tony perform some magic. So it looks like I am in Vermont, Vermont, even though I'm coming to you from New York State. So I'm going to actually act as if I'm a.
[00:11:17.000]
Vermont are here from the resources. So let's get in a little bit to what's on the page. Here we offer right off the bat, a quick search into our magazine databases, our newspaper databases, our Gale and context databases. This might more commonly be known as power search. Some of you may use this feature quite often. So if I have a.
[00:11:39.000]
Question about invasive species maybe need to do some research. It sends it out across many of the Gale resources, not all of them, but quite a few, and uses our Gale power search tool. So I get access to all the Gale. One file resources. Those are mainly periodical databases.
[00:11:57.000]
I get all of the academic journals from those. I also get all of the book content that's coming out of those resources. From Gale and contacts as well as you know, book content from the Gale. One file databases. They generally have some quick, ready reference content. So it's a really broad search. It's a quick way to gather up some information. I can, you know, grab some of these documents and.
[00:12:19.000]
Send them right to my Google drive or email them to myself. Or if I'm working with a patron, maybe virtually or over the phone. I can email this to them.
[00:12:27.000]
You know a lot of options for getting this content into people's hand, and a quick way to get nice authoritative resources. You know, it's not unlike kind of sending a search out to Google.
[00:12:39.000]
From the search box. But then what you get is all authoritative content with a citation. You know where it came from. You have all those details, plus all the bells and whistles that come with these resources in terms of again getting them into your users hands, or being able to use the listen feature. All of those things are here. So it's a nice, quick way to get to content right there from that again. Power search box. But.
[00:13:03.000]
Just to make it a bit clearer. What you're we've given it the title of search magazines, and more.
[00:13:10.000]
But of course you may have something more specific in mind. So I think, particularly our library staff in A to Z list, and that's what the All Resources Section is. Going to give you just the list of everything that's available and alphabetical order. You can hop right into it. So if you're working with, say, a middle school student, and they're working on a science project. We could jump right into Gale and contact science and.
[00:13:33.000]
Focus on that that area, right? So you can.
[00:13:37.000]
Quickly get into the resources. You know you're after right from here. You know the name you want to get into opposing viewpoints.
[00:13:44.000]
Just a quick away there to land right in that resource.
[00:13:48.000]
And start your research there, or, of course, can browse around and see what's there. So kind of explore what's in the resources as well. So the A to Z list is always a popular choice again, particularly library staff really love it. So then get to what they're after.
[00:14:03.000]
If folks are unsure the path they want to take.
[00:14:06.000]
That by subject tool is really handy, because over here on the left.
[00:14:11.000]
We've got the databases broken around there by their major subject areas. So if we are interested in business.
[00:14:17.000]
It's going to link each all the business related databases. If I'm after resources for kids.
[00:14:24.000]
Hi.
[00:14:25.000]
Law, and.
[00:14:26.000]
Learning. It's just going to point you right to those tools that are centered around those subject areas. And for our public libraries, you'll see that learning tool is available as Gale presents you to be, which.
[00:14:38.000]
You'll notice.
[00:14:40.000]
We've kind of given a little shout out here on the homepage under resources when you're a public library, so Gil presents you to me is available to all of ours, but through the public library. So if I were.
[00:14:53.000]
Say, a college student. I would need a public library card or, of course, be identified with a public library here to be able to get into you, to me.
[00:15:02.000]
We're also highlighting Gale and context elementary. That's had a lot of high usage recently. So these feature resources may change from time to time. With whatever the State Library might like to highlight.
[00:15:15.000]
You'll also see there over to the right popular view to me courses. So again, when you're identified with through a public library, you're going to see this option as well. So just letting folks know some of the more popular courses. And Tony, I forget is that Vermont specific, or is that kind of you to me. Wide users.
[00:15:33.000]
This is Vermont specific.
[00:15:35.000]
Excellent. I thought so.
[00:15:36.000]
Always good, so.
[00:15:38.000]
To 0 in.
[00:15:40.000]
So again, always get to Pat by subject, and then for our school libraries, or if you work in the children's or young adults library. You have section in the library. You've got a separate area here for K 12, and these are generally centered around the audience of the databases. So Gale and context elementary for our K 5 kids. And again, just over here on the left, like, we have the subject areas.
[00:16:02.000]
We've got middle school. And again, we're pointing to resources here that have those the appropriate reading level. So.
[00:16:09.000]
There is a Gale in context, middle school that's dedicated to middle schoolers, curriculum, and the like.
[00:16:15.000]
But then something like the context, biography does have me at middle school reading level content. So we point it here as well. So this is really driven around, who the audience is reading level, wise.
[00:16:27.000]
Same thing for high school.
[00:16:29.000]
And then we've got a special section for teachers. That point you to our educators. I will point this out for library staff as well, this has got, of course, lots of journals there around education, but also a lot of our library journals. Are in this collection as well. We also have a Gale, one file collection that's dedicated to library studies. But I like the breadth of educators. Reference complete because you get a little bit.
[00:16:55.000]
More content there, but either one of those would be great for library staff. But it's a nice call out here for those of you that that work in schools to make sure. Your teachers, you know, know they have access to as well for their own professional development.
[00:17:09.000]
And then, lastly, you can browse around by the reference eBooks. So these are, you know, going to be different from what you may find and say an overdrive or sora collection. This is reference content mostly from Gale. But these are kind of the backbone of the library, right? Reference sources, and you've got a great collection. I love these American decades titles, when kids are setting particular time periods.
[00:17:34.000]
And a lot of great science titles as well, and they're, you know, kind of like checking in encyclopedia first when you when you do your research, so you can dive right into these individual titles, or you can, of course, search across the whole eBook collection. But if you select a title. It does give you the ability to go in.
[00:17:53.000]
And get familiar with the title. That's something I remember doing at the reference desk. You know, we get a new reference source or something like that, and would all get passed around in the library so you could get what was there and when you might use it, you know, when it's going to be needed.
[00:18:07.000]
And you can do that by looking at the table of contents. Here we've got everything so you can read about
[00:18:15.000]
You know the staff that put it together. Read the preface, all of that is here.
[00:18:20.000]
And can, of course, dive into particular sections as well.
[00:18:24.000]
But of course this is all searchable. If I click here in the Gale eBooks.
[00:18:30.000]
Logo there. It's going to take me to the homepage where I've got this kind of eBook that I see back on the portal.
[00:18:37.000]
And again can search across.
[00:18:41.000]
And it will just find the chapters of the reference books I need rather than you know. Again, like an Overdrive or Sora, you will get.
[00:18:48.000]
Kind of work through the whole book. Here we just point you right to the chapters that have to do with.
[00:18:53.000]
The
[00:18:55.000]
Topic that you've searched on. So you're not.
[00:18:57.000]
Flipping through the entire book to get where you need to go.
[00:19:00.000]
So lots of good stuff there with your eBooks.
[00:19:06.000]
And then, lastly, I just want to share about the paths you can kind of.
[00:19:11.000]
Follow, for help.
[00:19:12.000]
Right? So here in the upper right hand corner, just under the online resources title, there, we've got an about Us section, which is the user a little bit about Vermont Online Library.
[00:19:24.000]
And.
[00:19:25.000]
You know good way to kind of get familiar with, and see how some of your tax dollars are getting spent in Vermont. If you're, you know, an end user here, and see that this is provided at no cost. And
[00:19:36.000]
Is administered through the State Library. They also have a contact. Us you can always reach out to the Department of Libraries and apologies. I kept saying, State Library. I forget the Vermont uses Department of Libraries. But.
[00:19:48.000]
This is a great path to get to those folks who administer the program.
[00:19:53.000]
And then, lastly, the FAQ, probably my favorite part of the extra help that's provided here could answer a lot of the questions I might have as an end user. But I think it answers a lot of the questions that you might have is library staff as well. So.
[00:20:07.000]
How this is all working, you know, goes into a bit about the authentication, and even just
[00:20:14.000]
You know, getting a library card and the like. So really handy way to kind of get to know.
[00:20:20.000]
The resource. But then get those questions answered as well. So.
[00:20:26.000]
We're doing really good on time here. I haven't seen any questions pop up in the chat, or the Q. And a. Tony. Is there anything you might think to add here.
[00:20:36.000]
Not.
[00:20:39.000]
Not really, I think, like I said, it's pretty simplistic. So.
[00:20:42.000]
Yeah.
[00:20:43.000]
If you have it covered.
[00:20:45.000]
Oh, good. Well, yeah, we want. That's what we wanted out of it, right? We wanted a new.
[00:20:49.000]
Kind of look and refresh feel, but also just simplify a bit again, because you do have access to a lot of resources there. So.
[00:21:02.000]
Right.
[00:21:03.000]
This is a great way to kind of get familiar with what's there in a really simple way? Well, the reading marketing materials provided to libraries, you know. I'm not sure on that.
[00:21:07.000]
I can share our marketing materials from Dale, but they're really around the databases. So let me.
[00:21:13.000]
Check. I feel like they do have some marketing materials. Let me get an answer from April, at the Department of Libraries and get that into my follow up email. That will all come to you around this time tomorrow.
[00:21:27.000]
But let me. I can share in the meantime.
[00:21:30.000]
Where you can find. And actually oh, you know what? I've got a slide that has the URL. Let me pop to that slide here.
[00:21:38.000]
So Gale has created a support page for Vermont Online Library. And it's where you can go, you know. Of course, again, we're using the portal today. But, as I mentioned at the start, libraries can also put up their own links to the databases. If you, if you would rather use your own website to get to all of these, we have links to all of the individual resources. You can get those access URLs. They would still use the Geo authentication so.
[00:22:03.000]
You know, same ease of use you would have with the portal you would have with your own access. URLs. We've got lots of great training materials, you know. Certainly things around.
[00:22:12.000]
Using the databases and how we use them. But then, also things you might want to use with your patrons or students, things like activities, scavenger hunts. We have escape rooms, lots of fun stuff you can use with your end users. But then, of course, all of our marketing materials as well, so we've got, you know, kind of your traditional bookmarks and things like that. But then also social media posts ready to go.
[00:22:33.000]
Let me share that page.
[00:22:37.000]
Pop! Out! Here!
[00:22:39.000]
Now what we do with these support pages.
[00:22:43.000]
Is when you get here. The 1st thing we ask for is your library. So go ahead and choose Abbott again.
[00:22:48.000]
And this gives you basically.
[00:22:52.000]
A focused.
[00:22:54.000]
Support page. So it gives you support for the things that you have access to from Gale rather than the hundreds of other databases. You know our archive products, that number in the hundreds, I think now, you can kind of slim this support page down to just the things that you have access to by selecting your library. It also, though, of course, gives you those specific URLs.
[00:23:18.000]
If you wanted to link to.
[00:23:21.000]
Any of these resources, either individually or of course, could use.
[00:23:25.000]
Your database page, your Gale page. We have a lot of options for accessing. So that's the 1st thing it shows us. But what you'll also see if we look and actually let me use my annotate tool again.
[00:23:40.000]
There is, and I forgive me, folks, this blue marker doesn't jump out quite as much if I can change that color.
[00:23:48.000]
There we go. Make it red, jump out, but we have a marketing section, and this will give you.
[00:23:56.000]
Marketing for those individual resources. So whatever materials we have.
[00:24:00.000]
So all of the social media posts that are available for the different resources. Oh, although.
[00:24:07.000]
I'm actually not getting all of them.
[00:24:11.000]
Oh, I'm sorry. I see what I did here. Sorry folks, I forgot about this
[00:24:18.000]
Not.
[00:24:20.000]
Option. Here we have.
[00:24:21.000]
So again, in the interest of simplifying the page rather than listing everything in one long list you can select.
[00:24:29.000]
By product. We did do some special marketing, which I'm seeing right here.
[00:24:34.000]
Or Vermont. Specifically, that's the 1st thing I'm getting for the Peterson’s testing career. Prep tools.
[00:24:40.000]
But if you select by product, let me go ahead and get rid of my drawing so I can select that.
[00:24:46.000]
Then you'll see all the marketing for the individual databases. So we do have some Vermont Online Library specific marketing. But for the most part.
[00:24:53.000]
You can see it by product here. So if I wanted to highlight that, we have Gale held, and wellness.
[00:24:58.000]
We've got digital signage, something you could use in the library. If you have, say, monitors, that that put up any.
[00:25:05.000]
Sort of digital signage. If you want to add a banner to your web page for it.
[00:25:10.000]
We again bookmarks, email templates. If we want to say, Let our health teachers know about the resource. We've got a letter ready to go.
[00:25:18.000]
And then those social media options. So if I want to post to our Facebook page, to our you know Instagram Page, it gives me a ready to go image, and then if I pop back, there's usually.
[00:25:30.000]
Like here at the bottom. There we go. Some additional media copy. So you don't have to kind of come up with the text you want to give with that image you we've got some stuff ready to go, so you can do that individually by the resources as well.
[00:25:46.000]
But I will check those specifically and see if there's any marketing for Vermont online. There is, and just
[00:25:53.000]
Want to kind of get those details from April.
[00:25:57.000]
So.
[00:25:59.000]
Alright, just checking to see if there's anything else in the chat or the Q. And a. That I may have missed.
[00:26:05.000]
So looks like we're in good shape there.
[00:26:08.000]
So the support site has a lot of on demand. Help, right? All of those URLs, the training materials, the marketing. But when you want to talk to a person you can feel free to reach out to your Gale team.
[00:26:19.000]
I'm your trainer. If I don't have the answer, I know where to go to get it. Tony might be the person I go to get an answer. So do feel free to reach out to me. If you're unsure of where to get started. You also have a customer success manager who's responsible for your library as well, and they are grouped by library type. So if you work in a public library.
[00:26:40.000]
That we've got a specialist who deals with public libraries all the time on customer success. If you work in a K. 12, if you work in an academic. We've got folks who specialize by those library types. So they're kind of maybe already. Be familiar with challenges you might face or things you might be interested in doing to help make the resources successful. If you send a message to that inbox, Gale dot customer success at cengage dot com, it'll get routed to the right person.
[00:27:04.000]
And then they can help you from there. But they're a good person to talk about. We've mentioned usage quite a bit at the start of the session. They're a good person to talk to about your usage and what you're seeing.
[00:27:15.000]
And maybe help interpret it a bit for you.
[00:27:17.000]
You also can keep up with what's going on with Gale at our blog, or, of course, on our different social media paths.
[00:27:25.000]
Either, seeing what's new with the resources, hearing success stories from other libraries.
[00:27:30.000]
And then, of course, when you leave the session today, we'd love to know what you thought of it. So do you know, let us know through the session survey here. It should open automatically when you leave. But if you don't have time for it right now again, my follow up email that you receive around this time tomorrow we'll have a link to that survey, and we'll have a link to the recording. And I should have an answer for you on the Vermont, on the library, marketing materials as well. So.
[00:27:53.000]
You'll have lots of good stuff in that email again. We'll arrive around this time tomorrow.
[00:27:57.000]
So.
[00:27:58.000]
Thanks everybody for tuning in. I'm going to stick around here for a minute and see if we've got any, you know, remaining questions or anything we can help with. But if you're all set for tuning in today and have a great rest of your week.
