[00:00:39.000]
Standards-based thematic approach to develop early literacy skills.

[00:00:43.000]
The resource is online. But there are about 40% of the learning can happen offline.

[00:00:45.000]
There's principles, and there's also additional activities. So I'll be sharing all of that with you today.

[00:00:56.000]
So let's take a look at our agenda, and it is very brief.

[00:01:00.000]
We're starting with understanding fully what is Miss Humble Bees Academy, and then we'll spend the majority of our half hour together here, exploring content tools and features.

[00:01:10.000]
And questions that you have. Please feel free to use that. Q.

[00:01:11.000]
And a box. I will leave you with where you can go for additional training materials, and then contact information.

[00:01:19.000]
You have one on one support at Gale, and of course you have your fantastic folks at Discus.

[00:01:25.000]
that can help you with all your questions, too.

[00:01:29.000]
Before we start talking about Miss Humblebee's Academy.

[00:01:30.000]
I want to share with you the brand new TexQuest kids, site.

[00:01:36.000]
And I'm gonna post this in the chat. And this is a site just for our elementary students to access all of your TexQuest resources the ones from Gale and other vendors.

[00:01:44.000]
So they're all located in one location here.

[00:01:52.000]
You can use this link. You can log in with your regular login information that you have in the past.

[00:01:58.000]
If you have any questions about that, your username or your password, you can reach out to your username or your password.

[00:02:03.000]
You can reach out to your region center, and they can help you with those questions.

[00:02:06.000]
But it's a typical. If you're familiar with your login, as you always have done with TexQuests.

[00:02:10.000]
It's the same path that you're taking, so you will be prompted to to log in.

[00:02:16.000]
But it's a great site to utilize. It's organizing like I said.

[00:02:20.000]
It's just has resources for your elementary students, available and accessible here.

[00:02:26.000]
So that link again is in that chat box. But it is also here at the top of the screen for anyone that wants to write it down.

[00:02:38.000]
So let's talk a little bit about Ms. Humblebee's Academy.

[00:02:43.000]
This is a great resource to foster those early literacy skills.

[00:02:44.000]
And you really what you're going to find here is a bunch of different routes for learning, but it is standards based from preschool to elementary, and we do say it's for ages 3 to 6.

[00:02:54.000]
Now for ages 3 to 6. You may have students that are 7, 8 that may need additional support, especially as we're seeing that are 7, 8 that may need additional support, especially as we're seeing from those students that are coming out of you know, the covid experience and how where students are falling.

[00:03:10.000]
And their reading skills. They may need additional support. So this resources really helps all of our students at that early elementary age you might have English learners, too, that would really benefit from learning through this resource.

[00:03:29.000]
And you're going to find key concepts such as art, music, fitness, language, and literacy.

[00:03:30.000]
Math, science and social studies. And then we also have social, emotional learning, or to help you support your curriculum standards, character traits, to help but build those character traits.

[00:03:46.000]
You'll also find within this resource the in April lesson plans and activities.

[00:03:54.000]
And then there are multiple paths to learning available. There's inactive e-books and also progress reports.

[00:04:02.000]
And I will talk to you a little bit about those progress reports as they stand right now.

[00:04:06.000]
So I was just clicking through some of the what you're going to find available, and some of the lessons there's so many lessons available within this resource.

[00:04:15.000]
And then there's also the multiple paths that are available.

[00:04:16.000]
There's a guided learning path. There's the my learning which is customized learning, and then there's even the ability to just choose an individual lesson.

[00:04:21.000]
The ebooks are interactive. So keep that in mind, it offers a read aloud Option.

[00:04:30.000]
It also includes prediction to, and comprehension.

[00:04:31.000]
Questions. So that's really helpful. When you're developing those early readers and building those literacy.

[00:04:36.000]
Skills.

[00:04:45.000]
There are assessments and checklists available within this resource, cognitive cognitive skills and assessment reports are available.

[00:04:56.000]
We have developmental milestones and progress reports. And then your kindergarten readiness checklist.

[00:05:03.000]
And this is really helpful. If you are coming if you're sharing this with preschool teachers, and you have parents that are looking for.

[00:05:06.000]
Okay. Where should my child be? What milestone should they be hitting?

[00:05:16.000]
Or I want to make sure they're ready for kindergarten.

[00:05:19.000]
I was an elementary teacher. So I had a lot of those tools already available.

[00:05:20.000]
But and the family members that would always ask me, and I would share.

[00:05:28.000]
But not everybody has that information. So, having that tool that checklist to look at to make sure their students are getting ready for kindergarten is can be really helpful and you'll find all of these available.

[00:05:38.000]
In Miss Humbleby's Academy, and what we all know that our younger students we all know that our younger students enjoy the reward system, and it looks like we have someone who lost audio.

[00:05:55.000]
Let me reply back to her.

[00:06:00.000]
If?

[00:06:16.000]
Okay, so there's a reward system available in Miss Humbleby's Academy.

[00:06:17.000]
And it really keeps students engaged and motivated.

[00:06:23.000]
They? What can earn they can earn coins, they can earn, puzzle people, and they can also earn stickers, and I'll share that briefly with you today.

[00:06:33.000]
And what it looks like, but I do highly suggest either creating a account or just going in through the guest account to explore what that'll look like for your users or your students.

[00:06:46.000]
This is, I believe this is the sticker room. Yes, and then you can post the stickers and save it, and it lives on what they if they're creating an account on this resource it will live in their account.

[00:06:58.000]
But there is also the guest. Use option that I'll share with you today.

[00:07:03.000]
This is the puzzle section. Alright, so let's jump in.

[00:07:09.000]
Okay, looks like she's gonna try something else. You still have an audio issues with one member.

[00:07:12.000]
Let me share my screen and I'm gonna share with you.

[00:07:17.000]
Text, quest, kiss first. Just so. You know where it lives.

[00:07:22.000]
So you're going to find Miss Humbleby's Academy in a variety of places on here magazines and journal, science and math.

[00:07:28.000]
It's under general. Also you'll find it under video when I'm gonna go under.

[00:07:33.000]
General just so you can see all of the resources that live here for you.

[00:07:37.000]
But you're going to find Miss Humble Bees Academy right here in that section, and your students can access it.

[00:07:44.000]
I already have it open, and I didn't sign in yet, because I wanted you to see what this looks like.

[00:07:45.000]
So I will. I do have an account, that I'm gonna show you today and and work through that account.

[00:07:56.000]
Now let's talk about this a little bit, because I we've been thinking about it and talking through it, and if you are having your students use this just to supplement maybe you're using it in the classroom, you want them to have time to explore and work within this resource in your

[00:08:15.000]
library, then they may want to just use a guest account where they won't have to login with any special information.

[00:08:22.000]
They won't have to remember a username or password.

[00:08:25.000]
Okay, if you having them use it at home, you have a teacher.

[00:08:26.000]
You're working with a teacher and you have them using it at home.

[00:08:33.000]
This is a great opportunity for parents to create an account for their children to access this resource, so they can create their own account.

[00:08:43.000]
Now as a teacher, if you are creating an account, and you would like your students to use your account so you would like all of your students in your classroom at this time.

[00:08:55.000]
I would suggest only doing that in your classroom. And here's why.

[00:09:01.000]
Because one account it takes your students all into the same place.

[00:09:06.000]
Okay. At this time it's not like they each have.

[00:09:07.000]
Once you, you add all your students to your account. They each have their own individual links or there's a parent link.

[00:09:17.000]
It's just one general account. So keep that in mind at this time.

[00:09:20.000]
This is how the resources set up. So we are having conversations and product and talking to our product team about this resource.

[00:09:29.000]
And as we always say, 80% of change happens because of feedback from you also work.

[00:09:35.000]
We've taken that into consideration, and are sharing it with the folks at Miss Humblebee's Academy.

[00:09:40.000]
So those are some options to consider right now, either using as a guest account or having parents create their own account for their students to utilize this resource, I am going to sign in.

[00:09:53.000]
There is some navigation here at the top, and we will work through that information.

[00:09:57.000]
The curriculum and the resource. Great blog post but I'm gonna just sign in real quick and you can see, oh, Google transate before I do Google translate is also here, which helps with the navigation.

[00:10:11.000]
But let me sign into my account, and oh, if you're having teachers, if you have teachers or your a librarian or media specialists, and you want to create an account for all of your students to access with a username and password please make up a email address you know use one a

[00:10:30.000]
general one. Don't use your work email you something that you know another Gmail account that you make just from a humblebye's Academy.

[00:10:38.000]
Just a little tip and trick. There!

[00:10:42.000]
And when you do, and you have your, so I've already have an account.

[00:10:46.000]
But the first time you do login, you will have that ability to add students, and you'll see it right at the bottom of your page.

[00:10:52.000]
It's very straightforward, very intuitive information.

[00:10:55.000]
Once you've added them. This is what you would see.

[00:10:56.000]
So if you have a classroom set, you can see you're opening this up that Bella could easily access Sophia's, who could access Joey's?

[00:11:07.000]
So keep that in mind at this point, maybe having parents create an account at home with their students could be really helpful tool or just using it with the guest account.

[00:11:17.000]
Now, Bella, I have done the most work in, so we're going to go into Bella's account before I do.

[00:11:23.000]
I want to point out a few items. We have some quick links at the bottom.

[00:11:24.000]
Faqes are really helpful here. Here's some blog posts, and then there is a whole offline curriculum, and we have it in multiple spots.

[00:11:35.000]
One of them is located right here on the home page, where you have that ability to go into some of those additional activities that we have available.

[00:11:43.000]
And there's also printable materials. If I go into Bella's account and bear with me, I'm gonna share my computer sound.

[00:11:50.000]
Real quick with you all.

[00:11:54.000]
Welcome back to Ms. Humbleby's Academy. Click on the last red stepping stone to continue your learning adventure.

[00:12:03.000]
So, even though I have one account I have. Bella is going into access for learning.

[00:12:09.000]
Her information is saved. So that is a benefit of if with a guest users account, they would just be taken in and wouldn't be able to pick up where they left off.

[00:12:16.000]
But if they're creating an account at home with their parents, they would have that ability to go back to where they're learning stopped the last time they were, they were in the resource.

[00:12:30.000]
So keep that in mind what the difference between the 2, of course, is going to save the information if you create an account, and this is the guided learning path.

[00:12:34.000]
If I click on that first red dot I can see some of the lessons that I've completed, and what I still have available, and then these scroll I mean, this path is quite low, and you can.

[00:12:52.000]
There's all kinds of different characters here, until I get to the very end.

[00:12:57.000]
So that's the guided learning section. It takes them down.

[00:12:58.000]
This cute little path here the my learning section is a different area.

[00:13:04.000]
So we start with the 3 guided learning, micro and choose a lesson.

[00:13:09.000]
And then we're gonna go into the about me section, the my learning path is where you're going to find all of the lessons.

[00:13:18.000]
So lessons that that you've completed, or lessons that you have available.

[00:13:23.000]
And they're all listed here so I can see I have my green checkmark.

[00:13:30.000]
When it was completed, at what time to click into the lesson, I just click directly into that center section on the name.

[00:13:40.000]
Let's count. How many balls do you see? Click on the correct answer below?

[00:13:47.000]
I can replay the instructions, or I can start the lesson.

[00:13:53.000]
Fantastic!

[00:13:55.000]
And it takes you through that lesson over on the right hand side.

[00:13:59.000]
I have the ability to hear those instructions again, and I also have my more button or additional.

[00:14:04.000]
Information button there. So it's I can exit the classroom, which we will do eventually.

[00:14:11.000]
We can unmute the sound queues which I have.

[00:14:14.000]
Those muted because it takes you through. Let me just show you what it looks like.

[00:14:19.000]
2. You're great.

[00:14:20.000]
Okay. So when those queues are unmuted.

[00:14:27.000]
5, 2, 3, be fit.

[00:14:32.000]
It will read everything underneath wherever you're cursor is.

[00:14:35.000]
So you can see how that's a really helpful tool for your younger users, especially as they are, you know, emergent readers here, and they are can explore this resource independently to mute the sounds.

[00:14:49.000]
You simply and I will do that because it's hard to train over top of the instructor, and Miss Humble beats so I will mute those sounds.

[00:14:58.000]
You can see, too, I can switch. So if I'm a parent and I have multiple students, I can switch to a different student.

[00:15:05.000]
And then I do have the ability. Let me change to Spanish here. The Spanish doesn't change the audio here at all, but it does change all of my navigation, so I am able to change the navigation into Spanish.

[00:15:24.000]
Go back to English. Okay. So we were in the my learning path again.

[00:15:29.000]
I have all of these lessons. I can see what I've completed.

[00:15:30.000]
I can use these filters if I want to filter by subject, or I wanna filter by theme.

[00:15:39.000]
I can also filter by what's been completed and what hasn't been completed.

[00:15:44.000]
The choose. A lesson section is where I can select the lessons that show up in my my learning path, and I can do the same thing.

[00:15:52.000]
I can filter by subject. Maybe I'm just looking for all of the math lessons, and I can select these.

[00:15:56.000]
There's the how many balls I have available there.

[00:16:02.000]
Click and drag animals about animals and click and drag where we're counting again.

[00:16:09.000]
So a lot of counting. We have writing numbers count the sides of the triangle, and as soon as I click into one of these lessons, then they are going to live into the my learning section so as soon as I select it.

[00:16:21.000]
Then I will see it in. I click into this first one.

[00:16:26.000]
Click and drag the correct number of mammals.

[00:16:27.000]
Now it'll live in my go back. It will live in the my learning section.

[00:16:33.000]
Okay, so that's how you choose a lesson and how you can filter down by those lessons.

[00:16:39.000]
The next section is the about me section about me is where the students can come in.

[00:16:46.000]
They can select their avatar, choose the color of their avatar, the hair, the clothing, the wings, the shoes, even the color of the piggy bank.

[00:16:54.000]
Piggy Bank is, I have 8 coins right now.

[00:16:56.000]
Available progress reports are here.

[00:17:03.000]
So you can see where I'm at, and also the rewards are here too.

[00:17:09.000]
I have my rewards so I can go right into my coins.

[00:17:14.000]
My puzzle pieces here I can see I completed 8 lessons.

[00:17:15.000]
I can go back to that progress report where I just was, I can go to the sticker room if I wanna shop.

[00:17:24.000]
You go to that section real quick, I can shop. I can use my coins, which I don't have enough coins to buy anything to put my fish tank yet, but I can use my coins to buy items to go into my fish tank.

[00:17:40.000]
I can go into my puzzle room. Here's my puzzle.

[00:17:46.000]
To start working on the puzzle. You need to earn.

[00:17:48.000]
I have to work. That's right. I have to work on a lesson.

[00:17:51.000]
The puzzle looks very similar to the stickers, so I get them confused.

[00:17:54.000]
But that's the puzzle room, and I do have to complete lessons to earn a puzzle.

[00:18:00.000]
And then here's any saved work. So I have a saved puzzle that I did.

[00:18:04.000]
And then there's also the bonus. So there's all the different puzzles available.

[00:18:12.000]
We also have the sticker room, which I think is the most fun personally, but.

[00:18:19.000]
Here's my!

[00:18:22.000]
And here are the stickers I can choose from. So if I wanna add some will be like Ken, and maybe I wanna add this guy right in the snowmobile.

[00:18:30.000]
I can do that, and I can remove any items by throwing them in the trash like clicking and dragging.

[00:18:42.000]
Okay. The other items that you're going to see over here on the left hand side are principles.

[00:18:53.000]
And I have my first day of looks like, see, my first day of printable available, and there's so many more.

[00:19:02.000]
These are just what I have available about me right now. Any saved work is going to be here.

[00:19:07.000]
So I have additional coloring opportunities, or that kind of printable items, and then my saved work lives at the bottom.

[00:19:18.000]
Okay. All right, let's go into some of these subject categories.

[00:19:22.000]
So I can talk to you about that. And then we're going to look at those extended activities.

[00:19:29.000]
Aren't music. I can see all of the art music lessons.

[00:19:35.000]
I can paint the animals, I can listen. There's a lot of great videos here, too.

[00:19:44.000]
Click on start lesson to begin watching the video.

[00:19:48.000]
So you're going to find video lessons throughout all of these subject categories.

[00:19:54.000]
You can hear the audio.

[00:20:00.000]
Okay.

[00:20:03.000]
So this one was a music on music on the ocean.

[00:20:07.000]
If I go into be fit. This is a little different.

[00:20:11.000]
So I was in art. Music bfit is all video content.

[00:20:17.000]
So you can see, and the inch warmer. Cool down.

[00:20:18.000]
These are great, for brain breaks, too, within those early elementary classrooms.

[00:20:26.000]
But then section. And this is how I know happening a lot in classrooms is really helpful, and they're short let's see, let's look at the down cool down, cobra.

[00:20:37.000]
So there's this is 36 s long.

[00:20:38.000]
Hello, and welcome to beef it with Alex. After a long live exercising, we're going to get down on the floor and start with our cooldown.

[00:20:42.000]
So it's a quick way to get students moving in their space, and to be fit right.

[00:20:44.000]
But to learn some of those those tools that can be really helpful on movement and breathing, and those types of features, language, and literacy. Same idea.

[00:20:59.000]
But here you can see I have language, literacy, steam, and then some principles available.

[00:21:04.000]
But same idea where I have all of these lessons, and again, using those filters are going to be really helpful alligator versus crocodile.

[00:21:14.000]
This is actually an ebook that I'll also find in the library.

[00:21:18.000]
But I'm also finding it here in my language and literacy.

[00:21:19.000]
So you will see a lot of that. As I mentioned in the art music, where there's some videos, you're going to see that overlap with videos and those ebooks.

[00:21:32.000]
The steam section. This is where you can find those off.

[00:21:36.000]
Some of the offline extension activities. There's a lot more than this.

[00:21:40.000]
But these are focused on steam, and these are, let me click into picture scavenger, hunt.

[00:21:45.000]
You can see where this is a great extension activity to do at home, where I have the materials that are needed.

[00:21:52.000]
Here are the directions I can print this information off if I'd like to.

[00:21:56.000]
I can see what age level this is for how long it should take, what materials I do actually need are also listed in this box in the center, and then principles I shared with you already.

[00:22:08.000]
But here you can see a lot more right in under language and literacy.

[00:22:13.000]
We have letters, word building, and then any saved works.

[00:22:21.000]
Okay, we're gonna go into library next. Let me know if you have any questions.

[00:22:25.000]
This is where you have your library books available. Now you're seeing in the bottom right?

[00:22:26.000]
1.6. Well, the thing is with the E-s is, as I mentioned in at the opening of our session today is, they can be read aloud.

[00:22:40.000]
So your students, as soon as they access this will have the ability to have it read to them, or they can read it by themselves.

[00:22:46.000]
If I click read to me.

[00:22:47.000]
Based on the cover of this book. What do you think this story is most likely about?

[00:22:52.000]
So it's not just reading the book to me, but it's also reading the prediction questions that we have here, are comprehension questions.

[00:22:59.000]
Now, if I had my so sound cues on!

[00:23:06.000]
Summer break, starting school.

[00:23:09.000]
I would have that ability to have everything read aloud to me.

[00:23:16.000]
And then I can go through.

[00:23:17.000]
Fantastic. Lily's first school day.

[00:23:23.000]
Today is Lily's first day of school. Lily waited a very long time to go to school.

[00:23:30.000]
Okay. So I'm gonna stop the reading. But that's what the books in the library look like.

[00:23:34.000]
And anytime you see any of those books in any of the subject categories it's the same idea.

[00:23:40.000]
So like I said they may be here, and they may also be under one of the subjects.

[00:23:45.000]
Math is going to look like our when we were in art and music and language and literacy, where you have a list of lessons to choose from.

[00:23:51.000]
Again. We have some steam information printables, and then here's some rewards on the left hand side.

[00:23:52.000]
Also principles that we have available are going to be related to math and counting.

[00:24:05.000]
This one also has some math practice. Sheets.

[00:24:10.000]
Flash cards always helpful as a parent who now has kids that are older.

[00:24:16.000]
I would go through flashcards like crazy, and then saved.

[00:24:20.000]
Work is here at the bottom.

[00:24:23.000]
Science and social study. Section same idea where you have. And some of these like this one is a great video on teach me the balloon experiment.

[00:24:32.000]
So you have an instructor. Some of them you have where you learn the parts of the body and you're clicking on. Let me share this one with you.

[00:24:40.000]
Click on the body parts to hear the name.

[00:24:44.000]
Start lesson.

[00:24:46.000]
Head.

[00:24:48.000]
So it'll label.

[00:24:50.000]
Stomach.

[00:24:51.000]
Those parties of the body.

[00:24:57.000]
And this one also has a teach me section.

[00:25:04.000]
She's really great to be honest with you. There's some science videos.

[00:25:09.000]
You also have the steam section which we've taken a peek at already.

[00:25:15.000]
More offline at extension activities. Here's cooking with kids, learning with animals, learning with bugs.

[00:25:16.000]
So filter options here that we have available lots of extension activities.

[00:25:26.000]
A lot of printables are available in this section, too.

[00:25:32.000]
And the last one I'm going to share with you is the scl or character traits.

[00:25:38.000]
Same idea where you have great lessons available. This one actually is in my my learning section for myself or for Bella.

[00:25:45.000]
Rise and shine. Video that I have available. Here again.

[00:25:46.000]
As soon as you click on any of these lessons, then they land in your mind.

[00:25:56.000]
You have the teach me section. There's music videos, ebooks and steam, and the ebooks are going to come from that library.

[00:26:04.000]
But these are specific for the subject of characters, traits, or social emotional learning.

[00:26:11.000]
Alright! Let me know if there are any questions on all of this.

[00:26:12.000]
So this is the classroom. This is where you're students can learn.

[00:26:18.000]
There's also another area on the backside. I'm gonna exit my classroom and share with you some of these tools.

[00:26:25.000]
So when you have your own individual account, this is where you can make some preferences, because you can have alert sent to you.

[00:26:33.000]
Now it's toed to never. But if you wanted a weekly alert on the email notification, you could have that setup that way.

[00:26:41.000]
And this would be really nice if you are having students or parents create accounts at home with your students and maybe it's a monthly check-in where they send you that students progress information in an email and they may have them instruct them.

[00:26:58.000]
Please set it up monthly and forward that email to me.

[00:27:00.000]
Then you're able to see that information. You don't have to have an account where your it's your account that you're sharing, and rostering. All of your students.

[00:27:09.000]
So just an idea of how you can utilize the tools that are already here available, and work with your parents and get that that buy in at home, too.

[00:27:16.000]
Again, if they're using a guest account at school, and you just want it to supplement your curriculum.

[00:27:17.000]
Maybe you're teaching something on science, and you want to direct your students.

[00:27:24.000]
Whole group use the guest account and have them all work through the resource together, and then here's where, if you, that last step I shared with you, which I caution you on, because it's a lot, and there's a lot of students, that you would have in your classroom, but

[00:27:39.000]
you do have that ability to manage your students and customize their learning.

[00:27:40.000]
Look at those assessment reports and lesson reports at this time.

[00:27:47.000]
This is how it is. So. If I wanted to manage my students, I can see their information.

[00:27:53.000]
I can customize their learning, so I can pick if I just want them focusing on certain lessons in language and literacy, I can customize it right now.

[00:28:00.000]
It's defaulted automatically to see everything. But I can filter that information down if I'd like to, for each student assessment reports are also here.

[00:28:13.000]
This is what they look like.

[00:28:16.000]
So I see that she's completed one of the assessments.

[00:28:20.000]
I can view the questions. I can also view the performance details.

[00:28:27.000]
The questions. Go back to Bella. Here.

[00:28:35.000]
I can see each individual question, and how much time was spent on each one.

[00:28:43.000]
Down below. You're going to find more resources, as will your parents if they create accounts on here for their children, where they have chore charts available to use always very helpful, and you can see all of the principles they were filtered throughout the classroom.

[00:28:57.000]
But they're also all here available. If I wanted all those math practice sheets, I have them.

[00:29:04.000]
I also have developmental milestones. So what do my students, or what am I?

[00:29:10.000]
What is my child need to know? By the end of age 4, and English or Spanish in here?

[00:29:15.000]
I have that list.

[00:29:18.000]
So developmental milestones. We also have an offline curriculum available.

[00:29:24.000]
I shared a lot of this with you already. Those extension activities.

[00:29:25.000]
They're also here after you leave the classroom. They're also in the dashboard flashcards I shared with those in the session.

[00:29:35.000]
But here's where you're going to find them.

[00:29:38.000]
There they are all under the principle materials.

[00:29:43.000]
But you will find them here too, just if you quickly wanted to grab those flash cards, kindergarten readiness checklist.

[00:29:51.000]
This could be really helpful for your students when they are leaving your preschool classroom right?

[00:29:56.000]
We're coming to end of year now. So if anyone is working with those those younger students, this could be a really helpful tool.

[00:30:04.000]
And you can fill out an individual readiness checklist.

[00:30:08.000]
Now you can get a blank. Here's a download.

[00:30:10.000]
You can download a Pdf or a blank, excel format and print that off and use it for each student.

[00:30:15.000]
If you wanted to, and you might have, do you might have teachers that might need that support.

[00:30:18.000]
So this is a tool that we have available in this resource.

[00:30:24.000]
Learning schedules. I'm not. We're right towards the end of our time.

[00:30:27.000]
So I'm just gonna jump through these sections just to point out. So you have learning schedules and there's a section for caregivers, educators and librarians.

[00:30:34.000]
Here's those printable practice worksheets, also reading charts, reading levels.

[00:30:36.000]
Reading lists, reading, system, or reward system are all available.

[00:30:42.000]
I can at the very bottom return to classroom or switch to another student.

[00:30:48.000]
Is there a way to share rosters with other teachers?

[00:30:52.000]
No, not at this time. There's not a share a way to do that.

[00:30:56.000]
A lot of that has to do with the the personal information that PPI information that I'm sharing, that.

[00:30:58.000]
So I see what you're saying. If maybe you are co-teaching or your librarian, and you want to roster the kids and then share it with the teacher.

[00:31:08.000]
I could see where that might, you might find that beneficial.

[00:31:12.000]
But at this time we don't have that capability available, but I will share it.

[00:31:16.000]
I have hopefully a meeting this week with product and I'll share your question if you wanna share any other information on this, please feel free to do so, or I'm gonna go back to my Powerpoint because you all can reach out to me directly.

[00:31:29.000]
If you have any questions about this brand new resource that you have from text.

[00:31:35.000]
If you would like to go find individual support, you can go to the, to the support site.

[00:31:41.000]
Let me put that link in the I'm gonna just put the general link in there in the chat so you can go to support.Gale.com.

[00:31:53.000]
And when you go to the support site you can go into the training center and find all of the training materials you need, you can very easily filter by product and look for Miss Humble Bees Academy.

[00:32:05.000]
We also find there are all of your direct Urls for this resource.

[00:32:09.000]
I should say your one direct, URL, but all of your gale resources.

[00:32:13.000]
You'll find all of your Urls there, and title list, and Mark records and all of that information.

[00:32:19.000]
The training center will have tutorials. You'll also find webinars for Miss Humble Bees Academy recorded there.

[00:32:27.000]
There's even a 15 min to mastery. That's this one here.

[00:32:30.000]
This is a nice one, too, when you're talking about that family engagement.

[00:32:34.000]
This is a really nice quick 15 min, webinar, and then we also have marketing materials looking to promote these resources to your school community or your parents.

[00:32:38.000]
Please use our marketing materials. We have bookmarks and digital assets and email templates, communication templates, social media posts, all available.

[00:32:51.000]
This is a flyer here, and these are, I think, one is Facebook.

[00:32:52.000]
And one might be Instagram, or something like that. So social media posts that we have available.

[00:33:00.000]
And there's there's up to, I think, 3 or 4 for each.

[00:33:01.000]
So Facebook has 3 and Instagram has 3, and Twitter has.

[00:33:07.000]
So we have all of that there, and the marketing section on the support site.

[00:33:14.000]
And I will stand in line if there's any additional questions.

[00:33:18.000]
I see one just came through. If you, your customer, success manager, if you're looking for one on one support with this resource, or you aren't really sure where to find your direct Urls, don't forget the great folks at Esc.

[00:33:26.000]
20 that are there to support you. But if you want that one on one support, with this resource, please feel free to reach out directly to our customer. Success.

[00:33:35.000]
Managers. They do such a fantastic job, and the ones for that support.

[00:33:43.000]
TexQuests are all former educators. So we have all K.

[00:33:45.000]
12 folks, former educators working there on the customer success team, and one in particular, Tim Hamlin, has been supporting Texas, I think now for 7 or 8 years, so you may have worked with him in the past, but he's still your go-to person at Gale, but if you have any questions

[00:34:02.000]
for me about training, or you'd like to share any feedback.

[00:34:05.000]
I'm again. My name's Tammi Burke.

[00:34:07.000]
I'm your senior Gale trainer, and I'm happy to help with any questions that you may have, and looks like.

[00:34:12.000]
I had a couple come through. So I'm gonna go to.

[00:34:16.000]
Oh! And then survey, if you'd like to leave some feedback there.

[00:34:19.000]
TexQuest also has surveys that you typically use for the TexQuest training.

[00:34:20.000]
So, Norma. I don't know if you're still on the line.

[00:34:26.000]
If you'd like me to use that one instead, let me know I can post that real quick in the chat.

[00:34:31.000]
Again, where you can go to find all, everything you need, all your tools and training is, go to the TexQuest.net site, go to tools and training, and you will find everything that you possibly need for all of your resources from TexQuest.

[00:34:39.000]
I'm gonna look at these questions and see how I can help out.

[00:34:49.000]
Okay, great. Thank you. I will share that information about importing rosters.

[00:34:55.000]
So that did come up in a discussion today and I'll share it.

[00:35:00.000]
We'll see where we where we go with that. If it's if it's something that you all can manage, I think it's something that we can definitely share with that product team.

[00:35:10.000]
So thank you for sharing that, and I will share that feedback would love to be able for the district to.

[00:35:16.000]
Okay. So here's a comment. Thank you for sharing your comment.

[00:35:17.000]
We'd love to be able for the district to be able to create an account for each student and have skyward create a class for the teachers.

[00:35:24.000]
It was also, it would also be nice if the database can integrate into Canada.

[00:35:29.000]
Okay. I will take all of that information and share it. During our meeting.

[00:35:37.000]
I don't know again, because of that personal information.

[00:35:42.000]
That's where we kind of get hung up, and you all know you're in Texas.

[00:35:46.000]
How important that is to protect. So that may be where we might get a little hung up on things.

[00:35:52.000]
Okay. No. Evaluation is needed for this session.

[00:35:55.000]
According to Norma. Thanks, Norma, but I will share all of this great feedback in these comments that you're sharing with me, and we'll see what we can do and thank you for your time today.

[00:36:01.000]
If you have any additional questions, or any any of you like to share with me, don't forget you can reach out a follow-up email.

[00:36:11.000]
You'll receive in 24 h. It does have my contact information on it, so please feel free to reach out.

[00:36:16.000]
Thank you. Everyone. I will stand the line if there's any additional questions.

[00:36:19.000]
But have a great rest of your day.
