Audience: Public Library Staff

Duration: 30 Minutes
[00:01:43.000]
I have any of you on the line?

[00:01:46.000]
Gill Health and Wellness is a great place to send

[00:01:48.000]
Patrons just asking questions about anything medicine related, treatments, diseases, disorders

[00:01:53.000]
screening tests, things like that.

[00:01:56.000]
In addition to Gale Business Insights, which you've had for a while, you now have an additional business resource called Gale Business Entrepreneurship.

[00:02:03.000]
So we have a lot of small business owners or potential small business owners coming into your library.

[00:02:09.000]
This is a great place to send them. It's also helpful for business students who are maybe working in a

[00:02:14.000]
an entrepreneurship class. This is a great resource for them as well.

[00:02:19.000]
You also have a new career and college tool within Gale Presents Peterson's Test and Career Prep. So everything from AP, SAT,

[00:02:28.000]
graduate school tests

[00:02:31.000]
vocational test prep, things like that, as well as a nice resume builder and career finder. You'll find all of that within Peterson's test and career prep.

[00:02:40.000]
You also have a new reader's advisory resource called Gale Books and Authors. So if you have patrons coming in looking for a new read or maybe a read alike to a book they just read.

[00:02:50.000]
Gail Books and Authors is the place to send them.

[00:02:52.000]
But again, today we're focused specifically on your new legal support resource, which is Gale Legal Forms.

[00:03:00.000]
So let's dive right into GIL legal forms here. So what I love is Gale Legal Forms has a huge amount of content, but it's organized in a way that's very easy for your users to find what they need.

[00:03:11.000]
Even if they're not familiar with law, this is really set for your standard patron coming in who may be going through

[00:03:18.000]
Developing a will or something like that, who kind of knows what they need, but they're not a legal expert. This is the place to send them. They're going to find a lot of great

[00:03:27.000]
legal forms as well as supplemental information.

[00:03:31.000]
And these legal forms are oftentimes state specific. So you're going to have New York focused legal forms

[00:03:38.000]
And we also have some that are multi-state or national forms as well, some that are a little bit more generic, like letters and things like that.

[00:03:45.000]
So they're going to find information on real estate, wills, kind of premarital agreements, bankruptcy.

[00:03:53.000]
landlord tenant agreements, things like that. So again, it's a broad variety of resources that are

[00:03:58.000]
kind of targeted towards some of the more popular legal things that your patrons are going to be experiencing.

[00:04:04.000]
We also have some great checklists, sample letters and things like that. So not necessarily a form that they're going to submit

[00:04:11.000]
to a court or to a lawyer, it may be

[00:04:14.000]
a small business owner who needs a quick letter to

[00:04:18.000]
a vendor that they want written up. We have that information found here on this platform as well.

[00:04:22.000]
Our checklist in this platform are great too. So again, if we're sticking with the small business example, if you have an entrepreneur coming in who's finally ready to start their small business, but

[00:04:32.000]
Of course, legally, they're a little bit overwhelmed. We have checklists that will help them move forward if they need to incorporate their business, if they need to find a brick and mortar location.

[00:04:43.000]
We'll give them all of that information using those checklists in the resource.

[00:04:48.000]
Finally, we do have some kind of supplemental content. So in addition to the main body of Gale legal forms, which is the fillable legal forms.

[00:04:55.000]
We also have things like legal overviews, a legal dictionary.

[00:05:01.000]
a legal Q&A, things like that, that are going to kind of support their understanding

[00:05:06.000]
of law kind of at the very basic level before they start filling out forms and downloading forms and things like that.

[00:05:13.000]
And we have a quick question here. Are the state-specific forms available in Novel, New York for New York only or other states too?

[00:05:20.000]
So right now you will only have access to New York forms.

[00:05:24.000]
So you won't need to worry about your patrons accidentally clicking to a Michigan form or something like that.

[00:05:29.000]
Through your instance, when they sign in through your instance, they're going to have the national forms

[00:05:33.000]
and the New York specific forms, no other states.

[00:05:42.000]
Okay, so let's just go ahead and dive right in. I want to kind of show you all of the different workflows we have available where your patrons are going to find what.

[00:05:49.000]
So let's go ahead and jump over. Are there any other questions while I move over here?

[00:05:54.000]
So the resource.

[00:05:58.000]
Okay, I don't see any. So let's go ahead and get started here. So this is the homepage of Gale Legal Forms.

[00:06:03.000]
Just want to give you a lay of the land a little bit before we really dive in. So right here on the homepage at the very top, we do have a search option. So if your patrons know exactly what they need, they can search right at the top.

[00:06:14.000]
On this left-hand side here, this is where you're going to find kind of that supplemental content. So sometimes it's good to direct your patrons here before they even start downloading their forms, filling out their forms.

[00:06:25.000]
Just to make sure they understand really what's going on, especially the legal definitions.

[00:06:29.000]
If anyone's had to work in any sort of

[00:06:32.000]
legal situation, a lot of times you're going to get definitions and words that are just so confusing. So we try to help out with the vocab using this legal definitions tab here. You'll see we also have a few other links that we'll take a look at in a second once we're done taking a look at the homepage.

[00:06:49.000]
But scrolling down here.

[00:06:52.000]
First, I like to point out this note here, this little blue box. Just recently, we've added quite a few documents that are available in both English and Spanish versions. So if you work with a large Spanish speaking population in your patron group.

[00:07:06.000]
They're going to want to take a look at this asterisk on our documents. That's going to indicate that we have a Spanish version.

[00:07:12.000]
Fortunately, right now, not all of our documents include a Spanish version, but quite a few of them do. So we'll take a look at what that looks like today.

[00:07:23.000]
Now scrolling down here on the home page

[00:07:26.000]
This is where you're going to start seeing options to browse. And sometimes this is a better way for your patrons to find content.

[00:07:32.000]
Especially if they don't know exactly what they're looking for. They're going through a divorce right now. They don't know what sort of documentation they need. It's sometimes helpful for them to, instead of searching for something.

[00:07:43.000]
to browse for it. So you'll see on the left hand side here.

[00:07:46.000]
We show some of our most popular searches and these are the most popular searches throughout the nation. So generally, this is what people are looking for. Divorce, wills and estates, real estate.

[00:07:55.000]
Landlord-tenant.

[00:07:57.000]
Sample letters. Again, we have a great collection of letters that are not necessarily

[00:08:01.000]
A standard legal form that you would imagine filling out and sending out to a lawyer or to a court, but they're nice letters that you can send out to whoever needs it, a vendor if you're a small business owner.

[00:08:11.000]
a landlord if you're a tenant and you want to send out a letter.

[00:08:15.000]
So those are actually searched quite a bit.

[00:08:18.000]
And we do have some forms that can be completed online, which just means that instead of having to download to the desktop.

[00:08:24.000]
And fill out that way, they can actually fill it out on our platform and then print it out or download it right from the platform.

[00:08:32.000]
And right in the middle of the page here, you'll see we have our different main categories.

[00:08:37.000]
And again, these are kind of the top used top search categories

[00:08:41.000]
And as we click through these, it's really going to kind of walk us step by step into finding content.

[00:08:46.000]
Take a look at that in a second here as well.

[00:08:48.000]
But we're going to kind of explore Gale legal forms from the top down. So first, I do want to show

[00:08:54.000]
some of your different supplemental information over here on this left-hand side before we dig into those legal forms.

[00:09:00.000]
You'll notice this first option says all state subscriptions. For you guys, it's only going to be New York Legal Forums. They won't really ever need to click into this.

[00:09:09.000]
Excuse me. But it's there are some other instances do have more than one state, but you all have access to the New York legal forms.

[00:09:17.000]
Underneath that, again, is our legal definitions section. Sorry, I'm stumbling over my words today.

[00:09:24.000]
And you'll see they can search if they want an exact word match, they have that. Or they can click and browse here.

[00:09:30.000]
So if we just click, let's click into G.

[00:09:34.000]
You'll see it's giving me my list here and then it's pretty extensive. So when we're talking about the dictionary, a lot of times it is good to have a search in mind, but they can't click and browse here.

[00:09:44.000]
They can click into any of these. So maybe G1 visa.

[00:09:48.000]
And we just give a quick definition of what that is. So again, a nice way to get them started

[00:09:54.000]
with their legal process.

[00:09:56.000]
Just to kind of get that very basic background.

[00:10:01.000]
And I will point out as well, you'll notice anytime you click through Gale legal forms, you're going to have this breadcrumb trail at the top of the page here.

[00:10:09.000]
So if they need to get back a page, they can use this. They can also use the back button in the browser.

[00:10:13.000]
But I think this is a nice way. So if they need to take a couple steps back, they can. Or if they need to just go back to the legal definitions.

[00:10:20.000]
kind of starting point, they can do that here.

[00:10:24.000]
Under legal definitions, we also have links to tax forms.

[00:10:27.000]
This is the one thing you'll see that we do have state tax forms for all states on this platform. So if you have patrons who are maybe working in multiple states and they need more than just the New York tax forms, they will find every state here. So that's kind of the one place within legal forms where you're going to find more than just New York.

[00:10:46.000]
We also have, you'll see a link here to the IRS if they need to

[00:10:49.000]
to access that, but they can kind of click through here as needed.

[00:10:54.000]
Underneath tax forms, we have an attorney directory.

[00:10:57.000]
This one, again, you can, I'm sorry, I think I lied. Technically, you can access other states with an attorney directory as well. So tax forms and attorney directory.

[00:11:06.000]
But you'll see you can narrow down here. And this obviously is not an exhaustive list of attorneys. They're just attorneys that work

[00:11:12.000]
Specifically with US legal forms that have okayed including their information. So if we click here into New York.

[00:11:23.000]
you'll see we can first narrow it down by practice area. So if we're looking for, let's say, accident and injury, we can click here.

[00:11:31.000]
And then we're just getting a list here.

[00:11:34.000]
And I can really easily click on the title and it's actually going to launch me to their website.

[00:11:39.000]
So I can reach out to them kind of as needed.

[00:11:42.000]
You'll see it also shows the city they're in.

[00:11:44.000]
Which was oftentimes helpful.

[00:11:47.000]
Now, moving on from the attorney directory, we'll have some external links that are just kind of

[00:11:52.000]
Legal focus. So again, the IRS.

[00:11:54.000]
voter registration, health forms, absentee ballots, things like that. These are just going to launch over

[00:12:00.000]
It's whatever site these forums are listed on. So the IRS

[00:12:06.000]
Department of Motor Vehicles, things like that.

[00:12:08.000]
And these are all going to be New York State, of course, except the IRS is going to be national, but these are going to be New York State focused.

[00:12:15.000]
Underneath the external links, we have our law digest here.

[00:12:18.000]
So if they have a topic they're working through and they just need some additional support, maybe it's not necessarily a vocab word they're confused about, but it's actually something they're trying to navigate.

[00:12:28.000]
This nice law digest is helpful for that. So again, they can search for something or they can use our little ABC list here.

[00:12:36.000]
We'll just go with A here.

[00:12:39.000]
And just like the dictionary, you'll see it's showing these different options here.

[00:12:46.000]
We can click into any of them.

[00:12:48.000]
let's say annuity. And this is giving a little bit more than just a definition. So this is giving a background about what annuity is.

[00:12:56.000]
If it has a classification, tax aspects and things like that, a lot of different topics here, you're going to find related court cases as well. So if they kind of want to see

[00:13:07.000]
What's happened in court previously, they can actually see that in a lot of these articles as well.

[00:13:13.000]
Underneath the Law Digest, we have a legal q a

[00:13:18.000]
Again, you'll see it breaks it down by category. Again, trying to make it as simple as possible.

[00:13:23.000]
for your patrons to find the information they need.

[00:13:27.000]
Underneath Legal Q&A is where you're going to find your legal life articles.

[00:13:31.000]
These are similar to the law digest, but you'll see it's a shorter list and these are really just giving

[00:13:36.000]
A brief background. So you're not going to find a lot of precedent information or things like that. It's just giving a background

[00:13:43.000]
On whatever they're learning about, maybe it's divorce.

[00:13:46.000]
Let me just get a quick bit of information to kind of get them started.

[00:13:51.000]
And then the last option here are our helpful topics.

[00:13:54.000]
This is just, again, kind of what we see patrons using

[00:13:58.000]
this resource for the most. We're just giving them some additional information.

[00:14:04.000]
Now let's jump back here to the homepage. I'm going to do that just by hitting Legal Forms Library and our breadcrumb trail here.

[00:14:14.000]
Now let's take a look at those legal forms, which again is going to be the bulk of this resource. So I'm going to skip search for now because searching

[00:14:22.000]
works how you would expect. They'll type in their term and they'll get their results.

[00:14:25.000]
I want to walk through browsing and how browsing works for your patrons.

[00:14:30.000]
So scrolling down here, we'll start with our browse by main categories. And what's nice is you'll see this is a fairly long list, but this breaks itself down as you start to click through. So one section I like to point out is our small business section. You'll see we have that listed right here. So again, you have entrepreneurs coming in who are starting their business or maybe they're currently running a business and they've run into

[00:14:51.000]
a legal situation that they haven't been in yet.

[00:14:53.000]
They can click into small business.

[00:14:57.000]
And now we start to break this down here. So you'll see we have a section on accounting and finance.

[00:15:02.000]
business operations, business plans if your patrons don't have a business plan right now and they want to develop one.

[00:15:09.000]
We have a business plan template for them.

[00:15:11.000]
Again, as I mentioned, we have a lot of great checklists. If I click into checklists here.

[00:15:15.000]
It's going to give me startup checklist.

[00:15:18.000]
Action to improve collection of accounts, communicating

[00:15:24.000]
A lot of different checklists that are going to be beneficial as they're running their small business.

[00:15:28.000]
And you'll notice each of these has that nice little asterisk next to it. If I hover over that, it's telling me that this form also has a Spanish format.

[00:15:38.000]
So again, if you have a large population of Spanish speaking patrons.

[00:15:42.000]
having these asterisks next to this is going to be really helpful for them. They'll be able to access

[00:15:47.000]
In either English or Spanish or both if they prefer to have both versions.

[00:15:54.000]
Now, again, I'm going to use my breadcrumb trail up top here to jump back to all of my small business categories.

[00:15:59.000]
Just to scroll down a little bit more, because I do like to point out a lot of our topics also have

[00:16:05.000]
down towards the bottom here, packages.

[00:16:07.000]
Which are going to pull together a lot of our different legal forms

[00:16:11.000]
kind of in one spot for your patrons. When we're talking about small businesses.

[00:16:16.000]
We have a nice New York small business startup package. So they're going to get quite a few different legal forms

[00:16:23.000]
All listed in this package here, you'll see all of these different legal forms that are available.

[00:16:27.000]
So they're not going to have to kind of go and hunt for these documents. We've pulled them all together for patrons.

[00:16:39.000]
Now let's jump back to home again.

[00:16:45.000]
So if this process is a little bit much for your patrons, of course, there is a fair amount of clicking as they go through and narrow down their results.

[00:16:52.000]
A lot of times these options on this left-hand side here, these most popular, are going to be a little bit easier for them. So they are a kind of broad categories.

[00:17:01.000]
But there's a little bit less cooking involved. So let's click here into Wills and Estates, this nice second one here.

[00:17:09.000]
And you'll see this one looks a little bit different. I don't have to really click through again. It's just automatically taking me to all of the legal forms we have available related to wills and estates.

[00:17:19.000]
you'll see we found 47 forms here.

[00:17:23.000]
Again, if the form is in Spanish, we have our little asterisk here.

[00:17:27.000]
Scrolling down, you'll see we have things related to personal planning, estate planning.

[00:17:32.000]
And different types of wills as well. So if you have children, if you don't have children, if you're living together, if you're married.

[00:17:40.000]
separated, things like that. We've kind of tried to break that up a little bit and you'll find that with a lot of these different options

[00:17:47.000]
We try to not only provide something that's really broad for a lot of your users, but we try to get a little bit more specific as well. So you'll see this one is very specific.

[00:17:55.000]
Last will and testament for a divorced person not remarried with adult and minor children.

[00:18:01.000]
very specific. So it's really going to help them find exactly what they need here.

[00:18:08.000]
And now I can click into any of these. So let's just click into the second one here. You'll notice it has the asterisk, so it does have

[00:18:14.000]
Both in English and a Spanish version.

[00:18:18.000]
And now while I'm on this page for the documents, you'll notice I have a few different bits of information. So up top here, this is where I'm going to be able to download my document.

[00:18:27.000]
You'll see I have the English version here.

[00:18:29.000]
the Spanish version. And then I have both the Spanish and English version. So if I want both, I can download them at the same time.

[00:18:39.000]
You'll see underneath that, we have this option here that is letting us know that there are similar legal forms that we can fill out online.

[00:18:45.000]
So this document is not one that I can fill out while I'm on the platform. I will need to download it.

[00:18:50.000]
As a Word document and complete it on my desktop, which we'll do in a second.

[00:18:54.000]
But if I want to see if there's something I can do online that's still reaching

[00:18:59.000]
are still hitting the point that I needed to hit.

[00:19:02.000]
I can click here and it will direct me to those forms.

[00:19:06.000]
Underneath that, you'll see we provide a description of this form. So what's nice about this is they can make sure this is actually what they need before they download it. So they're not downloading, you know.

[00:19:16.000]
50 forms and trying to weed through to see what they need. We give them a description here.

[00:19:20.000]
Right next to it, we also give them a preview of what the document's going to look like.

[00:19:27.000]
And then right next to that, we also have a quick loss summary. So this is talking about

[00:19:31.000]
Specifically, this topic.

[00:19:34.000]
with in-laws. So talking specifically about

[00:19:37.000]
pour over wills.

[00:19:43.000]
Now let's go ahead and click into one of these. I'm just going to download the English version today. So I'm going to download it as a Word document.

[00:19:51.000]
Downloads right here to my desktop. Let me pull it over. It's on my second monitor here.

[00:19:59.000]
Now they will need to enable editing. That's just a privacy

[00:20:04.000]
feature that's always going to be found in Word anytime you download anything from the internet.

[00:20:08.000]
But they will need to select enable editing.

[00:20:12.000]
You'll see here I just have this set into a two-page format. They can change it back to one if they want to. Totally up to them.

[00:20:17.000]
But anything that they need to fill out, you'll see is listed here in gray.

[00:20:25.000]
And we have a question. Are all of these fillable forms accepted in New York courts?

[00:20:29.000]
So all of these forms are created by lawyers. Some are actually state forms that are created by the state, but they are all created by lawyers.

[00:20:37.000]
There are legal forms that they'll be able to complete and submit to courts.

[00:20:42.000]
Courts may want more information, of course, if it's a more unique situation. But yes, these can all be submitted to courts.

[00:20:54.000]
And we have another question. Under the people living together in wills, I see different categories for a man and woman living together. Do they have different forms for those in non-heterosexual relationships or would those also be applicable?

[00:21:07.000]
So anonymous, I'm not quite sure if we have those forms. I can certainly kind of take a look in there and let you know. You will need to just send me your contact information.

[00:21:17.000]
But I will say that they can certainly start with the legal forms that they've found and kind of move forward from there.

[00:21:25.000]
I do always want to mention that we're not providing any sort of legal advice. So if they don't find exactly what they're looking for.

[00:21:31.000]
or if they're not quite sure something is going to be applicable to them, they always want to reach out to a lawyer at that point.

[00:21:37.000]
This is giving them kind of the basic information. But in regards to non-heterosexual relationships, anonymous, if you want to send me an email with their contact information, I can dig in and talk to my product managers to see what they have available for that.

[00:21:51.000]
Feel free to send me your contact information.

[00:21:54.000]
Or Stacy, I'll give you our contact info at the end and we can kind of dive in a little bit deeper for you for that.

[00:22:03.000]
Okay, so again, while I'm on a form here, you'll see anything I need to fill out.

[00:22:07.000]
is going to kind of give this little gray box here so I can just

[00:22:13.000]
Fill in whatever I need to.

[00:22:17.000]
And then I'll just save this. You'll see a lot of times they'll need a signature. So those signatures here

[00:22:22.000]
Do not have fillable boxes because they will have to actually physically sign it.

[00:22:26.000]
Or of course, they could import their signature virtually, but a lot of these forms

[00:22:31.000]
will require an actual signature. You'll see this one even has spot for

[00:22:36.000]
If this document needs to be notarized. They have that down there as well.

[00:22:43.000]
But these are how all the forms are going to look. Just really simple way to kind of fill these out and print them out. They'll be able to kind of click through as needed.

[00:22:51.000]
Again, they may need to fill out more than one form. If that's the case, a lot of times they'll find all of those forms listed together as a package.

[00:22:58.000]
But they'll have this ready to go and they can save it on their computer. They can print it out. They can email it if they need to email it to someone.

[00:23:06.000]
It's really once they download it, it's theirs to use and they can add it as needed.

[00:23:18.000]
Okay, now that is kind of a brief summary of Gale Legal Forms.

[00:23:22.000]
Again, what's nice is we make this pretty intuitive to kind of click through and find their information, just hit the download button and they're ready to go.

[00:23:30.000]
But we do have five minutes here, so I want to make sure I

[00:23:33.000]
get to all of your questions. It looks like I've been able to answer them as we've moved forward, but

[00:23:38.000]
If you have a question that you haven't asked yet, feel free to put those into the Q&A. And I do have a little bit of wrap-up information I want to give you before we're done, but again.

[00:23:47.000]
Type all of your questions in and if I need to jump back into the platform, I can certainly do that.

[00:23:54.000]
But I want to give you our support information. So as you start to move forward with this resource.

[00:23:59.000]
You learn more. You might need some help promoting it. You might need some help training your staff.

[00:24:04.000]
We'll help you with that on our support site.

[00:24:07.000]
So it's support.go.com forward slash novel NY.

[00:24:13.000]
And we're going to provide you with your access URLs, mark records, database icons. So if you want to promote this resource on your library's homepage, you may want a quick icon to post.

[00:24:24.000]
You want to find that on the support site.

[00:24:26.000]
We actually have a full training center, so you're going to find recorded webinars like this. This one will be posted

[00:24:32.000]
Within a few days, once it's been edited and formatted and all that good stuff.

[00:24:36.000]
But you'll also find other webinars that are going to be a little bit more specific. So maybe specifically focused on small business owners or

[00:24:43.000]
those planning wills, you'll find that information as well. You'll find shorter tutorials.

[00:24:48.000]
And you'll also find things like tip sheets, training slide decks. So if you are planning on training your staff.

[00:24:54.000]
LibGuides.

[00:24:56.000]
Activities, all that good stuff.

[00:24:59.000]
And we also have a marketing section here as well. So if you're ready to get this information out to your patrons, you think this would be really helpful.

[00:25:05.000]
You know, again, for your small business owners, your entrepreneurs coming in.

[00:25:09.000]
You're going to find things like posters, digital assets, so things that you can post on your websites.

[00:25:15.000]
Different communication templates. So if you want to post it on your social media or maybe get it out in an email blast.

[00:25:21.000]
We have all of that ready to go for you. We don't want you to reinvent the wheel.

[00:25:25.000]
At all with this stuff. So if you need some sort of support after the session, please, of course, you can reach out to us, but

[00:25:32.000]
Consider going to support.guild.com forward slash novel NY, and you'll get quite a…

[00:25:38.000]
a big collection of content, not only for Gale legal forms, but for all of your Gale resources.

[00:25:47.000]
We have another quick question here. How are attorneys included? Do they submit their info to be included or does Gail get their info from web searches? So Gail.

[00:25:55.000]
actually doesn't pull it forward.

[00:25:57.000]
Here, let me jump back here.

[00:26:00.000]
Gil doesn't do any research into attorneys. We don't pull their contact information.

[00:26:05.000]
This is actually powered by US legal forms. I'd like to point that out here. So attorneys work with US legal forums and they put their information through that way. So we don't reach out at all. That's all run through US legal forums. They work directly with attorneys.

[00:26:30.000]
Okay, now let me just give you a little bit of wrap up information. So moving forward, if you need to reach out to us, I want you to be able to do that.

[00:26:36.000]
Again, today I covered for Stacey Niblo. She's usually going to be your trainer for New York.

[00:26:42.000]
So if you do have questions after the session, feel free to send her an email because she'll be able to get a little more specific into your New York instance.

[00:26:50.000]
Her email is just [email protected].

[00:26:54.000]
If you need a little more support, maybe you want to talk about how you can use this specifically in your learning community.

[00:27:00.000]
You can reach out to your customer success manager.

[00:27:03.000]
If you haven't worked with them yet, they are a great resource. They work with librarians and libraries across the country, and they can really give you some

[00:27:12.000]
kind of best practices and advice

[00:27:15.000]
for using your resources and really getting your patrons engaged. So if you are a K-12 public or a special library customer.

[00:27:23.000]
you're going to either reach out directly to your customer success manager, if you know who that is, or send an email to gail.customersuccess

[00:27:31.000]
at Cengage.com.

[00:27:33.000]
If you're an academic institution, you have a separate inbox. You can reach out to gale.academicoutreach at syngage.com and you'll be forwarded

[00:27:41.000]
to the correct person in the academic outreach and engagements team.

[00:27:45.000]
If you have a technical question, feel free to reach out to technical support. It's just guild at technicalsupport at Cengage.com.

[00:27:52.000]
If you want to talk to your sales consultant, you can find them using our rep finder, which is also found on the support site. So you can go to support.gail.com.

[00:28:00.000]
Forward slash rep finder.

[00:28:02.000]
And again, I have to shamelessly plug the support site one last time here at the bottom. Any additional support you need.

[00:28:09.000]
go ahead and go to support.gail.com forward slash novel NY. Everything is free and ready to go for you.

[00:28:16.000]
Download whatever you need and use it.

[00:28:21.000]
Now, I've not seen any more questions come in. We do have two minutes, but since I haven't seen any questions, I will go ahead and end our session for the day. If you think of any, feel free to reach out to Stacey. She'll be able to help you out. Otherwise, hopefully we will see you all in future sessions. Enjoy the rest of your day.
