Starting this summer and throughout the next several months Gale will be making various improvements related to hosting, security, and performance. These changes will result in our services being delivered from a much larger range of IP addresses. Therefore, we will no longer be able to provide a list of the IP addresses used by our servers.
We’re aware that some of our customers whitelist various websites and databases, including those of Gale, to restrict what content their users are allowed to access over the internet. Customers who utilize lists of IP addresses to restrict access will need to change their configurations to utilize domain names instead.
Please consult with your technology department to determine the impact to your organization.
