Duration: 30 Minutes
[00:00:04.000]
Welcome to your training for tech share. Today's session is explore gales, usage, dashboard.
[00:00:11.000]
My name is Tammi Burke, and I'm your Gale trainer.
[00:00:14.000]
Any questions that you have throughout the session. Please feel free to ask in the Q.
[00:00:18.000]
And a box my goal for you today is to understand first of all, where you can locate the gale usage dashboard who you can go to for support when you're getting started, and then also some of the features that you're going to find within the usage dashboard, and reports that you can
[00:00:36.000]
Run it is very visual, and it does provide you with a different look at rather than a straight report.
[00:00:43.000]
You have more of a visual approach to usage of your gale.
[00:00:44.000]
Resources that you have from tech share
[00:00:54.000]
We will start with an overview of the gale usage dashboard, and talk to you about access where you can go for those administration credentials, because you do need your gale admin credentials to access the usage dashboard then we'll talk about the reports that you
[00:01:11.000]
have available and tools that are available within the resource, and then questions.
[00:01:16.000]
I encourage you to ask throughout the session, but I will stay on at the end if there's any additional questions I'll share with you.
[00:01:20.000]
Work, training materials that you have access to, and also contact information of the folks at Gale that can help you with the usage dashboard and so much more
[00:01:34.000]
To access all of the text, share resources, and these are all of your databases.
[00:01:39.000]
You can go to the support site and it is support dot gale, com forward, slash, tech share and that will take you to this screen.
[00:01:48.000]
This is where you can find your library name. Once you click, proceed, you can access all of your direct Urls, for all of your gale resources that you have from tech share
[00:02:04.000]
To get started using the gale usage dashboard
[00:02:10.000]
This is how you can get started. You first of all get to know your gale, customer, success, manager, or Csm.
[00:02:17.000]
As we refer to them at Gale. They are your great one-on-one support, and we do have Csms that are market specific.
[00:02:25.000]
So if you're coming to me from a public library, you have a Csm.
[00:02:29.000]
That supports public libraries in Texas or Academic Library.
[00:02:30.000]
Same thing, a Csm. That's supports academic libraries.
[00:02:33.000]
So these are great. They're great for information on the usage dashboard, but so much more you can talk to them about.
[00:02:40.000]
You could talk to them about the gale, support site about the direct Urls that I shared with you.
[00:02:51.000]
They can walk you through so much more. Take a look at your access, provide you with information.
[00:02:56.000]
Maybe you need discovery service information, or you have a proxy, and you're looking for that kind of support.
[00:02:59.000]
They can help. With all of that, they can also help with access to your gale.
[00:03:07.000]
Usage dashboard. I'll share with you another group if you need your admin credentials.
[00:03:12.000]
That's our tech support team. They can help you with just your admin credentials.
[00:03:16.000]
But if you're looking at accessing the usage dashboard, and then collaborating with your Csm.
[00:03:22.000]
To talk about what you're seeing trends you're seeing in that usage dashboard, or you just want one-on-one support to walk through it again.
[00:03:27.000]
They can help with all of that
[00:03:35.000]
So first to find your gale. Csm: It's really easy.
[00:03:36.000]
You can log in to support Dot Galecom, and let me put that link in the chat right now for you all
[00:03:48.000]
And again, this is a a great site I mentioned before I started the recording a great site to Bookmark is the support site.
[00:03:56.000]
Once you click into the support site, you can log in using your location.
[00:04:00.000]
Id, if you don't know your location. Id that's okay.
[00:04:05.000]
You have a little button here that has the you have the ability to find your location just click on that.
[00:04:11.000]
Put in some general information. This is a tool where less is more so you don't have to put too much information in there, and then you'll get a list of all the sites select your site, and you'll be logged in it'll also provide you again.
[00:04:25.000]
With that location Id and that's a good thing to know.
[00:04:28.000]
But if you don't remember, we have a simple solution there for you on the support site.
[00:04:33.000]
Once you do that, and you log in, you will be taken to the or have the ability to contact your Gale customer.
[00:04:41.000]
Success manager. So right there, on the support site. After logging in, you can reach out to, and I'm showing Kevin teller on my account.
[00:04:47.000]
He is one of our public customer. Success managers to support public libraries, and you can make an appointment right on Kevin's Calendar or you can send them an email and he will email you back so you'll see that information once you log in you can contact your customer.
[00:05:00.000]
Support or customer success. Manager immediately. Let's talk about the gale.
[00:05:10.000]
Usage, dashboard.
[00:05:15.000]
So what can gales usage dashboard, do, and here's a screen show.
[00:05:19.000]
You can see. It's a little bit more visual.
[00:05:20.000]
I am using an account that is actually my colleagues.
[00:05:25.000]
It's one that doesn't have a ton of usage, because it's just used by us.
[00:05:30.000]
At least hers is used by herself, but mine is used by myself, so we're not going to see as much usage as hopefully. You're going to see.
[00:05:35.000]
With your libraries, so it just gives you an idea, though of what you're going to find as soon as you log in.
[00:05:46.000]
We do have these great graphs. You have the ability to manipulate that content.
[00:05:47.000]
Look at specific items within that content that you have available.
[00:05:53.000]
And this is just one of the views that you have.
[00:05:56.000]
So there's different graph views and many different reports that you can view throughout utilizing this resource
[00:06:07.000]
So let's talk about the gale usage. Dashboard.
[00:06:08.000]
It does provide a simple but graphic look at your gale.
[00:06:14.000]
Resource, usage over time, it provides a straightforward view of how your users are engaging with your gale content, and includes easy to use filters to make quick comparisons so between maybe you're looking at comparisons between dates or years or products individual products you can do
[00:06:36.000]
all of that within the gala usage dashboard.
[00:06:39.000]
You can even download or print charts and graphs to use as compelling visuals and presentations and reports
[00:06:47.000]
To access the usage dashboard. Let me put that link in the support or in the chat.
[00:06:48.000]
Really here, real quick.
[00:06:57.000]
Another, great one to bookmark, so you can go to through the support site, or as the link I just shared with you is Usage dot Galecom.
[00:07:08.000]
That's the the quick one that you should definitely bookmark.
[00:07:11.000]
If you are the administrator at your library, and you forgot your gale, Admin Login, credentials.
[00:07:17.000]
You can contact our gale technical support, and they will help
[00:07:22.000]
And I'll provide you with their information in that follow-up email.
[00:07:23.000]
But I can put their email address right in the chat right now.
[00:07:38.000]
There you go!
[00:07:45.000]
Okay. So with that, let's dive into the resource.
[00:07:48.000]
Okay? What if you log in and there is no Csm listed there.
[00:07:53.000]
Tiffany. Great question. I'm not sure why, there's not a Csm.
[00:07:56.000]
Listed there. Okay. So Christine, how did I get?
[00:08:02.000]
How did I get? Where let me know if you're talking about the support site or the usage dashboard, or if I already answered that question by what I posted in the chat Tiffany I will look at your information after the Session and reach out to your csm and have
[00:08:17.000]
Them contact you directly I'm sorry you're not seeing a Csm.
[00:08:20.000]
Listed there
[00:08:24.000]
I answered it fantastic. Thank you, and thank you
[00:08:33.000]
Okay. So I'll set on those questions. Let me share my screen to the usage dashboard.
[00:08:37.000]
I want you to see when you log in. Now bear in mind.
[00:08:38.000]
I do have super admin credentials. So there are going to be a few tabs that I have, that you may not see.
[00:08:47.000]
Don't worry about it. We are not going to talk about those today.
[00:08:51.000]
You are just going to focus on what you see on your usage.
[00:08:54.000]
Dashboard but this is where you need those admin credentials.
[00:08:56.000]
The username and password, and you can log in, and once you log in you won't see this ability to find an account unless you are at the when you see this is if you are coming from a branch maybe a library that has multiple location idea ids.
[00:09:16.000]
Or sometimes on our higher LED campuses. There's a main library, but then there might be a law library that has a different location.
[00:09:21.000]
Id, so that's where you may see the ability to look at multiple accounts.
[00:09:27.000]
Otherwise you should see your account as soon as you log in.
[00:09:28.000]
Now I'm going to use my colleagues account as I mentioned
[00:09:35.000]
And it gives me the list of accounts. I have just one, because I use that location id
[00:09:43.000]
And now I can look at all of the reports. It takes me directly to the dashboard again.
[00:09:48.000]
You're going to see a few things that you may not on my screen, that you may not have so just disregard it's just because I have those super admin credentials what I want you to focus on is the information that we're seeing here. On the screen.
[00:10:01.000]
So a few features that you can see we are going to start from the top and then move my way down, we are looking at a graph, and you do have a few options over here on the right hand, side.
[00:10:13.000]
So if I wanted, I'm in the line chart.
[00:10:15.000]
But if I wanted a bar chart I could access that, or also this is an area chart, so I can utilize the area chart.
[00:10:25.000]
If I want to print off this information this exec chart I can use the print.
[00:10:26.000]
Option I'm gonna go back to the line chart over on the left hand side.
[00:10:35.000]
If we're going left to right here now I have some filters.
[00:10:39.000]
I have some comparison dates that I can enter in my current period.
[00:10:40.000]
It's looking at November. It's year over year, so I'm looking at November of 21 to October, because the we just ended on the we don't have November. Results.
[00:10:54.000]
In yet are usage results, but we do have the full month of October, so you can see November to October of this year.
[00:11:01.000]
So November of last year, October of this year.
[00:11:04.000]
I am looking at sessions, searches, and retrieval, but I can filter that down.
[00:11:10.000]
I can add more also also, if you are coming from higher LED.
[00:11:11.000]
And you are using Eds smart links. So epsil discovery services.
[00:11:20.000]
You can also add those into your usage results. And that's really important, because those emails don't always they won't show up in here unless you do add that to the mix of your metrics that you are searching through so if you happen to be using eds I do highly suggest selecting
[00:11:39.000]
That because you would be surprised at how many searches, sessions, and retrieval that you may be missing in your usage reports so keep that in mind that that is a capability.
[00:11:50.000]
You have available
[00:11:53.000]
You can some of the filters that you can add is, I can choose the access type.
[00:12:00.000]
I can also select all products, or I can remove, remove all products from the selection.
[00:12:06.000]
I can search for specific products so maybe I am. Maybe I'm looking for.
[00:12:07.000]
And again I'm you're going to see a lot more resources because we are using a general account, not a tech share account.
[00:12:16.000]
But maybe I want all of the information on Chilton Library, or I'm looking for search results on a specific resource.
[00:12:25.000]
This is where I can select just a specific resource, utilizing on the right-hand side.
[00:12:32.000]
I just select the box, and it will select that resource
[00:12:38.000]
Okay, if I wanted to search for a specific resource like, maybe I am looking for any of my literature resources. Like.
[00:12:49.000]
Here's literature Resource Center. I want that one.
[00:12:50.000]
I also have access to lit finder. I want that one I can multi-select as many as I want, and I can continue to do that search, so I can be very specific in my search.
[00:13:04.000]
Results. If I want to select all my products, I can, and that will easily, automatically select everything on the right hand side
[00:13:17.000]
Hey? Let me remove those filters. Now I can also compare, as you can see.
[00:13:23.000]
I can compare time periods. So if I wanted, if I don't just want one year, maybe I want, you know, looking at multiple years, or I want to compare the year before.
[00:13:37.000]
Maybe I'm looking at okay. What were results. Now you're tech share resources are new to you.
[00:13:42.000]
So going back to far isn't going to make a lot of sense right now.
[00:13:43.000]
But next year, and the year following it will, and you'll be able to pull that information you've had access to.
[00:13:48.000]
A few gale resources for a number of years, and one of those is gale and contact.
[00:13:57.000]
Supposing viewpoints. So maybe you do want to look at a specific resource and see okay, what was it like?
[00:13:59.000]
Before, now that I started promoting it and using it and sharing this information.
[00:14:06.000]
Am I seeing any trends? Am I seeing any growth? Keep that in mind as an idea to as you're working through and looking at that, and comparing those time periods so I look at the bottom?
[00:14:17.000]
I will see the metric overview, and you can see sessions, searches, and retrieval searches, procession, retrieval, perception and retrieval or per search and Retrieval's procession.
[00:14:29.000]
I can also look at months.
[00:14:33.000]
I have my custom. Period of time which I've selected at the top, and if there were any events, okay, so you can see here.
[00:14:45.000]
Elementary was added to Eds, so am I seeing any different changes with that
[00:14:53.000]
Okay. So you do have that metric overview as soon as you sit down.
[00:14:57.000]
And then again you have that great graph chart here. Now I can manipulate some of this content, too.
[00:15:03.000]
So if I just wanted to look at searches and retrieval, I can remove sessions, and again I have that ability to print or change the graph.
[00:15:16.000]
I should say, train change the chart. If I just wanted retrieval, I could remove searches, and just look at retrieval
[00:15:26.000]
Here it is looking at the area chart. Okay, so those are some tools you have available within the usage dashboard.
[00:15:35.000]
If I scroll back up. Let's start looking at reports.
[00:15:39.000]
Okay. Question about counter 5. No. The usage dashboard you have.
[00:15:43.000]
If you want counter 5 reports, which is a great question, then you would have to go into Gale Admin, with those same admin credentials, and then use the usage portal.
[00:15:47.000]
There to pull the counter 5 reports. This is different.
[00:15:56.000]
This is a more visual approach to your usage. There's different tools available here in the usage dashboard, but if you need those counter 5 replicas for your reports, then you will want to access gale admin and I can provide you with that link at the end, Robert, if that's
[00:16:14.000]
Something that you need again customer, success managers can help talk to you a little bit more about Gale Admin.
[00:16:19.000]
It is a little. It is a great resource. You've got some great tools in there, so I do suggest reaching out to them because they can help you with so much more.
[00:16:27.000]
But also those those usage reports, and with counter 5 you can schedule those to show up monthly in an email to you.
[00:16:31.000]
So if that's something you're interested in, they can help with that setup process and talk you through.
[00:16:35.000]
What all you know what exactly you want to run in those reports.
[00:16:46.000]
Okay. So looking at the usage dashboard different reports that you have available I'm looking at reports for the Nibblo Library.
[00:16:54.000]
I have locations and products and e-book titles, ebook, titles by location, literature, criticism.
[00:17:00.000]
Online you wouldn't see, because that's something that you don't have access to or archives on bound.
[00:17:05.000]
But there are some specific ones now I shouldn't say you don't have access to, not through texture.
[00:17:11.000]
You may have this from your own library, so then you would see this in your results or in your reports.
[00:17:16.000]
You would have some information there. So if I look at, let's start with products
[00:17:24.000]
I can see here looking at my products. It does provide me with a list one file.
[00:17:26.000]
News is the one that's being used. The most with high school next, and then national geographic kids.
[00:17:30.000]
So you can see, and you do actually have access to all of these resources.
[00:17:40.000]
But I can see that the product that ranks number one, and I can even look at the top 10 if I'm looking at the top 10 resources to see what's trending, and then also okay, which ones need a little attention should I start, doing a little promotion around Gale In context elementary can I pull that into
[00:17:57.000]
my programming in my public library. Those are things that consider what you can utilize with these usage reports, and you all know how to do all this information I mean.
[00:18:05.000]
It's just under understanding what tool is available. I just like to add a little bit of information again.
[00:18:11.000]
Current time period. I can change that. I can change the metric.
[00:18:15.000]
So the same thing we saw in that homepage. I have those ability to change the filters, change the dates, and really select what I want to compare.
[00:18:24.000]
If I wanted to search for a certain resource, I have that search option.
[00:18:27.000]
If you notice Oops over here on the right hand, side, I can search for a particular resource.
[00:18:33.000]
Alright, and then, whenever I make any changes, I wanna make sure I click that apply button.
[00:18:39.000]
I can also download this information and print it off so my tools that I have available are always going to be in this upper right-hand corner like the different charts I had available download and print options. Will always be in this upper right hand corner
[00:18:57.000]
If I go back to the reports I looked at product.
[00:19:00.000]
Maybe I want to look at my ebook titles which ones are being accessed.
[00:19:05.000]
The most which ones are popular. This is really good, especially if you're looking at collection development.
[00:19:10.000]
Maybe you want to add some ebooks to your collection, and you have some from texture.
[00:19:11.000]
So, what what can you utilize? What information do you have available from Gale?
[00:19:19.000]
And how can you? How can you pull this on what you're viewing in the usage? Dashboard into how you are curating your collections
[00:19:31.000]
Looking at ebook, titles by location, so by locate anything by location is going to be again.
[00:19:37.000]
If you have a main branch, and then your individual branches, that that work with your main branch.
[00:19:45.000]
If they have their own location, ids, if you're entire like your entire public library, and all branches use the same location.
[00:19:53.000]
Id then you wouldn't have individual locations. But maybe you're coming from a higher LED Library Main Library, and your law library has its own location.
[00:19:55.000]
Id, and you want to look at what titles they may be utilizing.
[00:20:06.000]
You can do that. So anything by location is one. It's used a lot at, let's say school districts, because of there's the district account.
[00:20:13.000]
And then all the individual schools. That's when it's used more.
[00:20:17.000]
But you may have that situation with your libraries too, taking a look at product summary
[00:20:24.000]
Again. I have all of those same tools at the top. I'm showing a 125 rows, and it is looking at each individual product.
[00:20:33.000]
So you can see there's a few here that have not been used very much.
[00:20:36.000]
A lot of these are primary sources that aren't used very often.
[00:20:41.000]
We have Chilton Library here business insights global and essential.
[00:20:46.000]
We now have Gale business insights. It was just updated last month so we'll start seeing reports for that resource.
[00:20:47.000]
Which you can see session, searches and retrieval.
[00:20:58.000]
So this the previous report I was in was ranking those resources from Number One all the way down, when my most used resource.
[00:21:06.000]
This is just a list of all of the products. And again I have that ability to search to find my product and see which what's happening with that, or if I wanted to make some changes here with access I have those options too.
[00:21:25.000]
Or how the resources are being accessed. Okay, month over, month is really helpful information, and then we have month over month by location and products.
[00:21:34.000]
So this is month over month by products.
[00:21:39.000]
And I can see here looking at from November of 21 to October of this year.
[00:21:46.000]
Now being that you have a lot of new gale resources, this may not apply to you just yet, but over the next year and the years following it will.
[00:21:49.000]
And you're going to see that month over month
[00:22:03.000]
Okay. We do. Have Kpi. If this is something that you need, as you can see, I'm not showing any information here on my colleagues.
[00:22:08.000]
Account. But if you need that Kpi information, it is here, and you do have a report that you can pull with that information
[00:22:23.000]
One of my favorites. To take a look at is top search terms
[00:22:30.000]
I'm not showing anything great. That's not Hi!
[00:22:36.000]
I wonder if we're having a bit of a glitch there?
[00:22:37.000]
I was excited to share that one with you. Let me see if I can.
[00:22:42.000]
I'm gonna go back to my dashboard and look at a different account
[00:22:50.000]
Compare oops accounts. There we go. Let me see if I have anything on mine.
[00:23:01.000]
Or if we're having a issue today with it, so top search terms.
[00:23:06.000]
Yeah, okay. So there's a problem with the top. Search terms.
[00:23:09.000]
Today I should be seeing search term by product, and also a great word cloud.
[00:23:15.000]
Here with my results below. I'm going to try one more account before I move on, and I'm going to choose a bigger one.
[00:23:22.000]
Let's choose. Let's try text quest
[00:23:34.000]
And if it's if I'm not showing anything here, then it's definitely
[00:23:40.000]
Not working. For some reason today. Okay, so it's just not working on our account.
[00:23:42.000]
So I'll just show you on text quest. This is what I was excited to share with you.
[00:23:46.000]
Is. I have the search by term. Product. Now, now that you have texture has this the same plus plus additional resources as textbooks I can share with you this is what it looks like.
[00:24:04.000]
And now they're k 12. But it's a just an example of an account for you to utilize and see what the results will look like, so I can see by product what is trending.
[00:24:15.000]
And it doesn't surprise me. I'm seeing a lot of in context resources here.
[00:24:16.000]
Some literature resources also, but I can also see the search term word cloud.
[00:24:25.000]
And this is what I really love, because you have this room.
[00:24:26.000]
Of? What is trending. Imagine pulling that into a report to, and it does change every month. So, if you're taking a look at that, be sure to check back it is looking at just this last month but I can change this period. Again.
[00:24:42.000]
If I wanted to make it longer. But if I want to look at just one month when you're looking for top search terms, maybe you look at this quarterly and see what's trending in your library I do have some options here.
[00:24:55.000]
Where I can view this in full screen. I can print it off.
[00:24:59.000]
I can also. I also have a variety of download options.
[00:25:02.000]
So those 3 bars right there, a same thing with the word cloud, full screen, print, and all of the download options I have available.
[00:25:07.000]
I also have the download here and the print option available at the top.
[00:25:16.000]
But if you want these individual charts, I do suggest utilizing the tools in the on each document, or on each chart, the word cloud and the search term by product looking at the search terms below, you, can see some of the searches that are trending when you see a link like this it means that
[00:25:36.000]
A direct link is being used so great white shark chances are it's in elementary so students, are actually clicking through that resource, using the topic tree.
[00:25:47.000]
So they're clicking into a topic page. So when you see that that's what that means.
[00:25:52.000]
Is. It's a topic page they're accessing and finding that information, or it might be a get link.
[00:25:56.000]
Tool looking at the results. These are all top pages that I'm seeing here below.
[00:26:06.000]
Okay. So that is a report that you have available again under reports.
[00:26:12.000]
It is top search terms. If you are coming from a library that has multiple locations, and you want to see who is not utilizing the resource, you can look at locations with 0 usage.
[00:26:26.000]
There's also the Chilton Library, which you have had access to for a number of years.
[00:26:27.000]
So this is one that you could do a comparison.
[00:26:35.000]
Utilizing the information because it has been available for a number of years.
[00:26:39.000]
I'm on text quest. So let's give it a try.
[00:26:41.000]
So there's no data to show here within text quests.
[00:26:42.000]
But if I switch to let me go to tech share and see what we I know, we're going to run out of time here
[00:27:02.000]
Nice. I think this is the account. No, it's this way.
[00:27:10.000]
There we go. Let's see if we have anything for Chilton to share with you had to jump in a couple of accounts to get so there we go.
[00:27:18.000]
So if you are looking at a your report, your Chilton report.
[00:27:22.000]
This is what you're going to see, and you can see when it was access.
[00:27:25.000]
And what type of make a model. So you're getting a little bit more information on what information is being accessed through Chilton.
[00:27:35.000]
And this is one again. This is just in the last month that I'm seeing on this account.
[00:27:39.000]
So this is a resource that you've had for a number of years.
[00:27:41.000]
I think we've covered everything there. I do want to point out.
[00:27:46.000]
As this came up. If you're looking for your counter reports, or need to schedule recurring reports, you can access them through the Gale usage portal and that's in Gale Admin so Robert we talked about that and this is again.
[00:27:59.000]
I'm in reports, and I do have that ability to look for my counter reports, and it will take me to that that usage portal, so I can do that from within Gil the gale usedage Dashboard few other things I want to share with you insights you're going
[00:28:16.000]
To find great information here. I'm looking at top pages looking at different browsers that people are using.
[00:28:22.000]
Are there any mobile users? Were there events that you're looking at?
[00:28:23.000]
Here's an overview overall overview of Google analytics within your Gale databases accounts is going to be exactly that where you can log in with a different account do you have some comparison so if I wanted to compare multiple libraries again i'm at a branch
[00:28:44.000]
And I have multiple libraries with different locations. Ids.
[00:28:45.000]
I can do that, and then you do have some on demand information that you can pull to okay for the most part you're going to be landing in that usage dashboard and looking at your reports and hopefully going into those insights to find additional information and and to really just grow that
[00:29:08.000]
Information that you have. So let me go back to the Powerpoint.
[00:29:10.000]
Let me know if you have any questions. I'm excited for you to take a look at that information that you do have available on the usage dashboard.
[00:29:21.000]
Where you can go for a additional support is the support site.
[00:29:22.000]
As I had shared with you at the start of the session.
[00:29:25.000]
It's also where you can connect with your customer success managers.
[00:29:30.000]
We do have documents such as this one on the right hand side.
[00:29:34.000]
This is a resource guide. So it takes you through step by step.
[00:29:37.000]
So if you would like something printed that you could look at as you work through your usage dashboard.
[00:29:43.000]
You can absolutely use the resource, guide. It's going to be a really helpful tool.
[00:29:47.000]
We also have this new document to increase usage. Now we have some suggestions for usage boosters.
[00:29:50.000]
It's a multi-page document, and it is also linked out on our gale tools.
[00:30:00.000]
If you take a look at the usage, Gil user Dashboard, information you're going to find this available to so anytime you go into the support site and you are looking for any training materials tip sheets tutorials if you go into the product.
[00:30:11.000]
Portion and search for gale tools. You will get all of these training materials for all of the gale tools that you have available, and then also we have some short 15 min to mastery.
[00:30:30.000]
Sessions this one is on discovering top search terms, and your library, which we went over today.
[00:30:35.000]
But if you wanted a quick refresher we have it available there, to marketing materials.
[00:30:40.000]
So if you're looking to promote your tech share resources that you have from Gale we have bookmarks and posters and digital assets, communication templates and blog posts all available for you
[00:30:54.000]
So that is the end of our session. Again, the support site is one.
[00:30:58.000]
I suggest that you bookmark I shared share that with you first today for those watching the recording here is the link your gale customer success managers are your one-on-one support if you are not listed this may be where you would like to go to find them.
[00:31:13.000]
But I know I I did connect here today, and I will follow up with you.
[00:31:18.000]
But if you haven't had a chance to take a look, here is the email address.
[00:31:25.000]
I'm gonna put it in the chat box
[00:31:30.000]
And then training session survey should pop up when you leave the session.
[00:31:33.000]
But if you would like to use the QR code, it's right there on the screen.
[00:31:37.000]
If you'd like to use your phone and again my name is Tammi Burke.
[00:31:40.000]
I'm your senior Gale training consultant.
[00:31:44.000]
Oh, great! Yes, Amy, great and thanks for for pointing that out Amy was able to find her unity usage.
[00:31:48.000]
So if you are coming from a public library and thank you for saying that I forgot to mention it.
[00:31:55.000]
If you are coming from a public library, you have access to you to me from texture, and you will find your Udemy usage on the usage dashboard, so you'll find that in that report section 2 and that's great to hear i'm I'm thrilled that people are
[00:32:10.000]
Using it in your library. Well, thank you, everyone for your time today.
[00:32:14.000]
Do you have any additional questions? I will stay on the line.
[00:32:17.000]
I hope to see you in the future. We do have another session coming up this month at the end of the month, and I believe that one is on the gale.
[00:32:29.000]
Usage, or the gale support site. Let me double check, but I'm fairly certain that's our next session.
[00:32:35.000]
Yep the support site. So on November 20 ninth, at one o'clock central time we will be diving in deep to the gale, support site.
[00:32:43.000]
And I'll share with you all the tools and features you have available.
[00:32:45.000]
Thank you all for your time today. Let me know if there are any additional questions.
[00:32:49.000]
Have a great rest of your day. Everyone

[00:29:37.000]

[00:29:43.000]
You can absolutely use the resource, guide. It's going to be a really helpful tool.
[00:29:47.000]
We also have this new document to increase usage. Now we have some suggestions for usage boosters.
[00:29:50.000]
It's a multi-page document, and it is also linked out on our gale tools.
[00:30:00.000]
