Duration: 45 Minutes
August 24, 2021, 3:00 PM - 3:45 PM (EST)
You and your students are moving forward from a year of unfinished learning and unimaginable stress. Gale In Context: For Educators is here to help you rise to the challenge with instructional materials to meet students where they are.
Join this 45-minute webinar designed for educators and librarians and learn to access new social and emotional learning (SEL) and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) resources and lesson plans within Gale In Context: For Educators. We’ll focus on how you can apply this content to your instruction and help students develop the skills to process the past and re-energize their learning this year. We’ll also review basic Gale In Context: For Educators navigation and tools that will give you back some of your planning time. Along the way you’ll be introduced to Gale eBooks in For Educators, our new integration that boosts the power of this resource by putting more instructional content in your hands.
Participants will automatically receive a certificate of attendance, and the recording for future review.
Together, we can foster an environment where schools and students are encouraged to thrive, not just survive!
